This McDonald’s is consistently fast and reliable. The staff is efficient, and my order is always correct. Love the classic cheeseburger combo when I’m in a rush! Perfect spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Highly recommend this location for dependable service!

This location is pretty unimpressive. I ordered a double cheeseburger and the patties weren’t lined up with the buns, the pickles were falling off the burger, and onions were everywhere. It’s pretty clear that whoever made this put no effort into the placement of the burger. The service is pretty bad, I ordered table service (where they bring the food to your table after you put your table number in the app) but the worker was too lazy to walk and just yelled out my name. The restaurant was pretty dirty, and there was trash or leftover food on a majority of the tables. The cheeseburger was pretty good for fast food though.

This place is really going downhill. I ordered a simple meal of two cheeseburgers and one burger was completely missing a patty. Not only that but the kids meal that we ordered didn’t have the drink that we paid for. Not only that but the girl at the window with the worst attitude ever then slammed the window in my face after telling me I only had one drink and after I had to remind her about the kids meal and drink. The food was also not even edible as the chicken nuggets were solid. I am beyond frustrated as this is not how we intended to end our long Monday. I tried calling and was hung up on multiple times. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never be back. Do better.

Went to this location last Night around 6 or 7 PM . You would think that because this McDonald’s is located in the nicer area of Camp Bowie you would receive excellent customer service and food, but I really couldn’t tell the difference between the horrible McDonald’s that’s on camp Bowie by Locke Ave and this one. The Manager that took my order did not greet me. Didn’t ask me if I was using the app didn’t say thank you didn’t say hello rude and dull as can be. Then you get to the second window and the young lady with the glasses is the same way dull no hello no nothing. I got a thank you that I barely heard at the end.. I guess beggars can’t be choosers in this kind of industry.
I swear ever since I moved to Fort Worth I can’t seem to find a decent McDonald’s to save my life . If your staff did not want to be at work, then they should not be working there and find another job for this McDonald’s to be located in such a nice area and to receive such bad service is crazy and It says a lot about your employees and what they value. Customer service will never be the same, and you guys never fail to make me realize this.
Do better get a better manager hire other people there are thousands of people that need a job. Why keep the same people that are giving you consistent issues with customer service when your company is based off of how you treat people. I’m convinced that every McDonald’s literally needs to be shut down and reopened by people who care about their job and care about customer service.
Were cold and I think I have high blood pressure because of how much salt was on them the Nuggets were as hard as can be and got thrown in the trash. I asked for lettuce on my burger and I get four strands of lettuce. Like is it that hard to put some lettuce on a burger that comes in the bag full of lettuce? Are you guys that down bad that you now have to serve horrible food on top of horrible customer service.

These ladies that work here spend more time laughing and cackling in the back instead of making food. Finally when I got my food it was made wrong. I didn’t even have them fix it, it took long enough to just get the food made wrong. There was probably 7-8 people on shift and a total of 3 people actually working. This McDonalds is just a waste of time. The employees are just laughing and having a good Ole time instead of actually just making the food. They weren’t even busy but 3 out of the 7-8 people were actually working. I would avoid this one, it’s worth driving 15 minutes to another one so you can get the correct food you ordered. There’s nothing like scraping food off your sandwich before eating after waiting 15 minutes.

The red haired lady in the drive thru is so patient, helpful, and considerate. She’s helped me a few times and really goes above and beyond. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but I appreciate her greatly. I live in the area and her customer service has made it nice to go back to this mcdonalds, as it wasn’t so nice previously.

Order # 1375. Ordered Breakfast for myself and coworkers. First thing the drive thru Casher was not speaking up and was rude when I told him I could barely hear him speak. Then he didnt get the order correct. I had to go inside to get the rest of the order. No straws no napkins that I asked for. The orange juice leaked inside of the bag because the cup had a small hole in it. Once I got to work my co workers daughter said that 1 of the 3 orange juices had stuff in the bottom. Come to find out it was part of a latex glove in the bottom of the drink. I will never go to another McDonald’s again. Completely disgusting.

Starting to get really annoyed with this location. Drive thru cashiers will literally just sit in complete silence until you start ordering, no greet, no asking questions, no repeating it back but then they also dont wanna give you your receipt? Plus you can’t even understand the kid at the first window most of the time, he just mumbles.
