Tried the lebanese section and the food quality is really good.
Kind staff and fair prices.
Enjoy!
Regardless, our waiter, Anthony, was extremely helpful and took good care of us (unlike the manager, whom we had to call several times just to come and listen to our feedback)
The food was absolutely amazing, and Antony made the whole experience even better with his positive attitude and great service. Even while managing everything alone, he stayed friendly and attentive.
Antony truly deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. In my opinion, he definitely deserves a promotion!
We booked a Cheese & Wine Night for 8 people and what we experienced was a complete joke. This place dares to call itself “fine dining” while seating guests at dirty, sticky tables with shockingly poor hygiene standards.
The staff were rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of providing proper service, they acted as if they were superior to the customers. The food was awful — low quality, tiny portions.
To make things worse, the Pierrade was served on a cheap BBQ warming box from their Lebanese BBQ section instead of a proper electric machine. It was only replaced after we complained. The meat arrived without basic condiments, the vegetables were below standard, the cheese platter was poor and lacked cold cuts, and the wine was served from already opened bottles. Completely unacceptable.
This is a clear management failure. We wasted our time, our money, and our entire evening.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
As for the food—wow! Every dish was a masterpiece. Fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. It’s clear that great care and passion go into every plate.
This place truly delivers the full experience: ambiance, service, and top-tier Japanese cuisine. Highly recommended. Deserves every one of its 5 stars!
1. Went there for New year’s eve, as there was a set menu clealry stated on their Instagram page: first, the entrées came to be shared for 2 people which was NOT okay. Their excuse? They added both portions into one plate (completely false since the portion is small), what if someone booked for 3 people? Would they all have to share the same tiny plate? The menu did NOT say that.
2. The set menu mentioned 3 main dishes, I specifically messaged them on Instagram and asked if we have to choose 1 or we get all 3 dishes. They said “Of course, you get all 3”… another lie because we had to choose one once we came.
3. Desserts on the set menu mentioned “choux à la crème ou pavlova”, they didn’t even ask each person what they wanted, they just served choux à la crème.
4. When booking, I specifically asked to be seated in the smoking section and they agreed. We came and were seated indoor, in a non-smoking area and when we mentioned it, they didn’t move us to the smoking area.
5. At midnight, there was not enough cotillion for all tables, we didn’t get any and I saw other tables that didn’t get some either. Also, the midnight countdown was so bad it wasn’t even a countdown. I could’ve done a better one by going on youtube.
I understand that having a fully booked restaurant is hard to manage, especially New Year’s eve, but being such an old, well-established and reknowned restaurant, there should have been a top knotch organisation.
Totally disappointed, will never repeat it and will tell every person who thinks about going to: “SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME”
