This location flat out sucks.ordered a Big Mac meal no pickles no onions. I get a Big Mac with extra pickles no onions smothered in mac sauce to the point the freaking burger was falling apart. Fries were cold. My diet Dr Pepper tasted like freaking cleaning soap! And let’s not add how we had to wait 10min for two apple pies!!!! The only thing decent about the entire order. I should of gone to the in n out next door but I figured I would of been waiting longer in line. Next time I know go with my gut. This location is not worth it.

I ordered off the app before they closed and got to the drive thru. I had to call them because nobody answered when I pulled up. Someone answered the phone and they said they had closed early due to lack of customers. I wonder how many other people sat there and waited at the speaker. Just while I was there one other person pulled up behind me waiting. I suggest they either stay open until 12 or change the hours so people don’t sit there waiting for you when it says you’re open.

I made an online order for curbside pickup and this is absolutely ridiculous. I made the order 15 minutes in advance to pulling into your curbside pickup and still waiting another 15 for 2 chicken sandwiches and a strawberry banana smoothie. This is what it looks like when I open it, Sauce everywhere toppings thrown halfway on the sandwiches. Yall are really starting to disappoint. This is not good service at all. This has not happened once not twice but 3 times now.

You McDumbasses closed early eventhough we ordered online. We drove 10 minute just for you to ignore us upon pickup. It’s it so hard to cancel the order or just tell us “sorry we closed early”? You just ignored us at the window. Absolute trash. We’re understanding, but don’t just blatantly not give a damn and essentially give us the bird. I come to this McDonald’s often on my break. Recently I ordered a large iced caramel latte, they brought a medium and insisted that it was a large even after I showed them a large I had in my car from a previous order. I give this McDonalds 3 stars because they can be a bit inconsistent and the drive thru situation is quite poor.

Food was fresh and good. Service was a little rough. They had ran out of ketchup, there was a trash can with an unchanged bag outside and it was there since I got there and still there once I left just like the rest of the things in this picture. They left out their cleaning rag and spray. A broom and dust pan, a black trash bag. Oh and I told the register employee the ketchup was empty and not once did he go and switch or replace it. I was trying to do it myself but they had the little door locked underneath. Also the front register guy who was taking the food and just went and put the food out and never offered a refill or sauces. I had to go get sauces myself and i had to wait upfront for a bit of awhile. As you can see one of the managers in this picture. In my opinion it was poorly handled last night. I will also be submitting a McDonald’s review on their page.

I don’t ever leave reviews however this needs to be shared. I have frequented this location for a few years now, and have run across the usual of missing food or long wait times. However, I’ve never had an issue is this large. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal got halfway through the hamburger patty and this is what was found. The burger is not even cooked. It is going to be hard for me to go back and trust this location. Here’s hoping I don’t get sick.

We came in for lunch because my step dad wanted to treat the baby to McDonald’s. We walk inside & greet the lady at the counter, my step dad who is elderly & has broken English asks for a #1 please with cheese- the ladies response “sir, you can order on the kiosk behind you”. I asked if we can just order like normal she said “ you can walk over there & use the kiosk”- ladies in the kitchen were laughing & playing around and this lady was just standing there at the front register.
