I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese with extra onions like mayonnaise no pickles. My burger did not have any cheese, no bacon on it. This is not the first time that my orders have been missing things. Either the employees don’t Care about making the orders correctly or they need to be retrained. My kids love going to this McDonald’s, but I will not be returning after this incident. I paid extra for something I did not get.

I ordered a bacon quarter pound meal. I requested extra onions, light mustard and light ketchup. When I arrived home and opened my box, my burger didn’t have any cheese, no bacon and no ketchup. I would taken it back but was too tired to drive back after a long days work. It seems as the employees either don’t care or do no understand the directions provided on the orders. Maybe the employees need to be trained on quality. I will not be returning.

Very poor service. The kiosk had an issue and it took 20 minutes for the employee to confirm my order. I had to say excuse me 4 times to get the attention running around. I know they are busy but ignoring someone is never good business. Felt like they were overwhelmed. It was dirty and there was a drink spilled on the floor. That’s is unsafe. The manager was rude and unprofessional.

This is trash. Its even worst at night. Dont go after 8pm. Service gets worst

Just did order pick up and manager Ismael extremely rude. They couldn’t find our order so told us to pull to window. We get to window they hand us bag said thank you. We open up see its missing half our stuff. 4 sandwiches break platter and 2 drinks. We told them and that when attitude started. Keep going back and forth showing them order in app. Said they need receipt told them we order online no receipt said they can’t except what we show on our phone. After 5 mins of attitude from Ismael and asking over and over he realizes they gave us wrong order. Yes they gave us someone else order. They realize our order was a counter pickup. Been sitting at counter whole time. Yes I acknowledge we disnt know it was counter pick up. We missed that but there was no need for all the attitude had they pay attention to name we gave them and order number we had they would clearly see that wasnt our order we get attitude over. Then after we get order they gave us iced latte when clearly order has hot.. Ismael then throws his hands up and says go to lane 1. Showing he’s fed up again their mess up. Once they finally bring to us its actually still cold no ice. Like they took same ice drink dumped ice out and gave back…. like come on man. How they expect to keep job if they cant even treat customer with respect and courtesy. Can’t wait til robots take over these simple jobs. So you dont have to deal with rude people..

The Hispanic lady that wants to close up before 11p is very rude. As a door dasher picking up food for a customer, I was told the had been picked up and she knows this due the name of the customer, but customer says their food had not been delivered. So I am prompted by door dash to order and pay. She would not let me do that saying there is no order. So I went around back through the line and ordered. She wouldn’t even take the phone to read the message from door dash.

I come to this location alot, I’m doing community service right up the road from here. I gotta lot of respect for the workers at this spot but they’re are days when I wish they’d do better with the food. The other day my McChicken was covered in mayonnaise. Soon as I unwrapped my sandwich the wrapper had mayo all over it. Made me so mad I just threw my whole order in the trash. Waste of my time and money .

A standard experience, what can I say?

Pretty slow service and the employees really couldn’t care less- but it’s McDonald’s, what can you really expect?

May 2018:
I wanted to write an update to my review since they have completely remodeled this McDonald’s. It looks very modern and open.

The children’s play area is significantly smaller than the previous one so it gets pretty crowded during meal times. There’s much more open space with the same amount of seating. They got rid of the old video games and now they have 2 tablet-style devices with multiple games to choose from.

They have installed computerized ordering systems into this location like many other McDonald’s have been doing. The staff is friendly. The drive-thru route still blocks parking spaces when it gets busy.

Jan. 2018:
This location serves pretty standard McD’s food. While the staff wasn’t rude, they weren’t as outwardly friendly as other McD’s I’ve been to.

This one has been here a long time and the drive thru route isn’t particularly well-designed. It blocks parking spaces when it gets busy. Many other McD’s have better drive-thru route designs.

This one has a very nice playground for kids.

I was waiting at the counter and no one attended me until another lady that came up to the register after me and she attended she first. I had explain to her I ordered at kiosk and she rudely said no you haven’t paid. As I paid the older lady at the counter was talking about me when I walked away in spanish. I speak Spanish and understood everything she said. I dont think its good customer to say anything about your customers especially when they’re still in the building. Do BETTER!
