I’ve been to many McDonald’s stores. Each time has had it’s fair share of good and bad.
On this particular day this location was on point. My family and I arrived around 9:55 on Friday night. The dining room closes at 10. We really wanted to sit down and relax inside. Fortunately for us, the manager Carlos was on duty and saw that my wife and small children were looking to eat inside. He could have said that the dining room closes soon and left it at that. But he was decent and let us eat inside.
The food was brought out to our table and it was correct and it actually looked really good.
Being that it was late, they probably had done their routine end of night cleaning, but yes, it was very clean….
Everything was great.

Took me almost 10 mins to pay for my order at the register. Me and another kid W all 40 people in the back no one seem to take the initiative to come see if anyone needed help or why we were even still standing there. I had to flag someone down to even get their attention as the expediter took food out to the drive thru orders. The play ground was nice. But other than that it was the only good experience.(playground) And why do we always have to ask for “fresh” fries?

I don’t know why their systems go down at 2 am and they stop serving their usual menu. 4-5 am would make more sense, but interesting enough they could take and make the door dash orders just fine so…. On top of that they sent me to the back of the line to wait for their breakfast menu which I did not want anyways… overall disappointed.

Literally do not understand how hard it is to put fries in a kids meal. We ordered 3 kids meals and not one of them had fries only the burger, apples, and toy. It wasn’t even busy maybe 3 cars in the parking lot and 2 cars in the drive through.

Paid on the app. Got there and was told thry were out of fries and i could get a refund or substitution. when I got to the window, they said they had some for me. we had to wait almost 10 minutes. I thought, we’ll they must be making a fresh batch. NOPE…oldest fries ever. they must have dug them out of the trash from yesterday or something. Never had mcdonalds fries that stale before. Also, the “basket” of fries was only about half full.
Got home, realized they forgot a 20 piece nuggets (the bbq sauce was in the bag though), and my fil a fish was super cold and stale.
I know people love to talk bad about mcdonalds, but I almost never have a problem…this was terrible though.

I get breakfast here every morning at 6:00am, past few days this week when I pull up, all lights are off and employees are in parking lot with a water hose cleaning the ground but not taking orders. Considering this location opens at 5:00am and I’m showing up an hour later and it’s still closed is just poor management! Never have I worked a job before where I could show up an hour later and not get fired for it, McDonald’s needs to make their employees accountable and hold them to a higher standard so these types of things don’t happen! I ended up having to drive all the way to the other side of Burleson, but still made it to my job on time, McDonald’s needs to take notes!

1st time going there. I took my grandson, got 2 Happy Meals (burgers) were good, French fries perfectly sized for toddler, apple slices were gross. Did not taste good at all… PlayPlace indoors with GREAT AIR CONDITIONING!! Very Clean!

Service really isn’t good. They don’t get order right, and restrooms are disgustingly dirty. Toilet seat always dirty. Floors look like they mop over dirt and toilet paper.
