I have been to this McDonald’s for convenience, but I will not be coming back. I had received my drinks today almost HALF FULL. I fully believe that as a worker at a fast food place it’s not that difficult to wait for the foam to go down and add a little more! On other multiple accounts of going up to this McDonald’s they have gotten my food wrong and given me the wrong food and shut the window on me. I have had to manually go inside to fix my order. I truly believe that you should verify the order upon giving it out. As well as verifying if everything is in the bag. I am highly disappointed in this location, and feel as if an employee doesn’t know how to do there Job they should be retrained to do the right position.

I went through the drive through and sat at the speaker for 5 min no one said anything to me finally someone answered and he asked what I want to tell him then after I’m done he said wait what did you want I ordered a 6 and a 4 chicken nugget happy meal for my kids we get home and have a total of 8 nuggets my 4 count was missing two nuggets. Also there were barely any fries. Very disappointing!

I didn’t think any McDonald’s could be worse than the one on Main Street in Euless, but the McDonald’s off Central Drive across from Pennington Field proved me wrong.
I waited over eight minutes in the drive‑through, and when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. The fries were cold, and I was not given napkins or the sweet‑and‑sour sauce I specifically requested during my order.
This seems to be a recurring issue, not a one‑time mistake. The customer service and management are extremely disappointing, and there was no sense of urgency or accountability for the errors.
This location seriously needs better management, improved order accuracy, and basic customer service training. I do not recommend this McDonald’s.

Always a solid choice! The service is quick, the food is fresh, and everything tastes just like you expect — consistent and satisfying. The fries are always crispy, the burgers come out hot, and the staff is friendly. Perfect spot for a quick bite or a comfort-food craving.

The food itself is fine but the way this location operates makes the visit frustrating. You are required to use the kiosks and the staff literally ignores customers for long stretches. You have to flag someone down multiple times just to get basic acknowledgement.
Because the kitchen is set off to the side, no one can actually see the customers at the counter. I do not know if that is intentional to limit interaction but it makes it extremely difficult to get anything extra you might need. It took me five to ten minutes just to get a cup of water.
On other visits I have had the same issue, waiting several minutes just to ask for a sauce or to fix an incorrect order. This location needs to improve customer service and actually pay attention to the people in the dining area.

Always asked to pull into a spot to wait 12 minutes. ..for chicken nuggets?? Horrible service. And worse, with all the McDonald’s responses to other complaints, they are 100% aware of multiple service failures at this location and they still continue to operate poorly.

Lame management. Order in the drive through and it came out cold. Went inside to present the problem and they came back within 2 minutes saying they made it fresh. It actually came out colder than the first time. When I asked for a manager the employee proceeded to tell the manager an angry customer was at the front. I was not angry just wanted proper hot food. The manager never came to the front and some employee came and just gave me a refund and I had to leave with no food.

I ordered an Egg McMuffin meal with orange juice for my drink. The sandwich was hot, the muffin toasted well, and of good flavor. The juice was chilled and also tasty. The hash brown was fried crispy without being too oily. The meal was enjoyable and at a fair price.

I’ve been putting off writing this review, but honestly—this McDonald’s is terrible. Any time you order more than one item, you’re forced to use curbside pickup and then wait for your food, which often arrives cold. Despite having about 20 employees, orders are consistently slow. The woman at the window also has a major attitude. Inside, the restaurant is dirty, and the play area looks unhygienic and full of germs.

I work down the street from this McDonald’s and go pretty frequently, but every time I order through the app, They still manage to mess it up. Either the workers are in such a rush they’re making simple mistakes which is understandable or they don’t understand the difference between a ranch snack wrap and a spicy snack wrap. I order the ranch and get the spicy, which I do not like and have to give it away or throw it away. Not going back.
