OK so let me say I was super impressed. They were able to cook my steak to an almost perfect medium. And it tasted pretty good. I don’t give me wrong. This isn’t a high-end steakhouse, but they did more than adequate job. The steak was cooked correctly, the fries and the eggs. Both came out hot. The service was impeccable. If you’re in Laurel, I need something quick, definitely stop in.

We visited for a late evening dinner, around ,9:00 pm. The restaurant was quiet with few customers at the time. Our visit lasted slightly over an hour and during that time several other parties arrived. Our server was very attentive, pleasant, and helpful with menu suggestions. Our kids put their orders in first and the wait time was short for their food to arrive. The kids enjoyed their meals and said everything tasted really good. We ordered the senior salmon with rice and a side salad. The side salad was very big and very enjoyable. The salmon was also tasty but was a little salty. This may have been from what appeared to be a butter sauce on the salmon itself. Otherwise it was very nice. We also ordered the chucked fried steak and it was not very flavorful. The mashed potatoes and vegetables were good. We will visit again.

First, it smells when you first enter the restaurant. My food was warm because it sat before bringing it to me. The place is dated! The server was very nice and attentive. She can only work with what she has.
