I had a really good experience at McDonald’s. My order was prepared quickly, and everything came out hot and fresh. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy, and my burger was made exactly how I requested it. The staff was friendly and efficient, even during a busy rush, and they made sure my order was accurate before handing it to me. The dining area was clean and well maintained, which always makes a difference. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit with great service and consistent quality. I’ll definitely be back again.

Every time, no exaggeration we go to McDonald’s in Azle, our order is ALWAYS INCORRECT! I just don’t get it! I ordered 1 mcgriddle with sausage with a round egg menu with a medium coffee and another sausage round egg mcgriddle by itself. I recieved 1 correct and 1 with bacon and instead of 1 hash brown with the menu I recieved 2!? WTH….previously I have checked my orders because we irder for the whole family bit come on 2 mcgriddles with sausage!!! Do Better, use the KDS for what it is intended for cross check your orders. How hard is it really. We will NOT GO THERE ANYMORE! Oh and on top of it I had to wait for almost 10min in the number 1 spot.

Edit: I tried to visit the link the owner provided. The McDonald’s website says that page doesn’t exist. I’m getting a slightly sneaky suspicion they don’t actually want to look into this further.
We come to this location a lot. Usually it’s pretty good but a couple of times we’ve received the wrong burger. Last time it happened we tried to call several times, they never answered. It happened again today, wrong burger. Tried to call, no answer. Mistakes happen, not a huge deal, although we would like what we paid for. Ordering a plain double and receiving a single with everything on it just doesn’t hit the same. Mainly the issue is the fact that I have never once had this location actually answer the phone. Super frustrating.

This one has a play place for my kids. We come every saturday to play and eat breakfast. Its out thing. This modt recent visit was absolutely terrible. Waited 25 mins for our food just to learn thwy had it sitting there for 20 mins for whatever reason. The. They tried to just give me the bag and gave me a loom because I requested it to be remade as it was likely cold. Thwy did so thats a plus on thay manager but no apologies nada. I asked another worker if thwy were short staffed and she said I dont know. It was just a very frustrating visit. I wouldnt go back if it weren’t for the play place and my kiddos.

This McDonald’s is your typical establishment. The food is normal quality with many different selections. The food took some time to come out but it was not too bad. The place is moderately clean and has a play area for little kids. This is overall a good McDonald’s that I have gone to a couple of times. Received a $20 promo for Uber eats and finally decided to use it since I’m unable to leave the house. Noticed I’d been waiting longer than expected so I decided to call the store. The employee who answered was rude from the get go and provided no help whatsoever. I explained that I would lose the value of the voucher upon cancellation, and she once again provided no help on how to resolve the issue. When I said I hope I at least got my money back, she laughed and made a rude remark.
Anyone who works in the food industry knows the horrible dinging sound the tablets for the apps make in store as it is very loud and annoying. I could very clearly hear it in the background, as it is the same noise it makes at a store I used to work at, and she still claimed that my order never came through. It is clear she just didn’t feel like making the order(it was 13 cookies and a large shake). Very disappointing, unprofessional and just plain sad. I will never use the app or visit this store again, which is also disappointing as I liked to have my cheat meals here a few times a week. I recommend anyone else to drive a few miles further to another location to ensure their money and time doesn’t get wasted.

Food is as expected but having you right away park in “any available parking” as soon as you reach the last window which leads to waiting over 20 mins for your food and still end up forgetting parts of your order. Came home and my daughter didn’t get fries in her happy meal. Very disappointed in service.

They’re always nice here, but the food seems to always be hit or miss. Like the biscuits are sometimes incredibly hard or the pancakes are hard all around the outside. We’ve had several apple pies that have been burned. It’s weird.
