Dont bother ordering a large fry. You’ll still get a medium, just in a larger box. Also, make sure if you order a kid’s meal that you check that more than 2 fries made it into the container. Is there a shortage?!! I guess the days are gone when they would over stuff and put a few extra in the bag for good measure.

I understand if they miss an item but missing 3 out if 7 items ordered is careless. The bucket of fries is the same as a medium size fry. They lack the Big Mac sauce as well. That’s why I don’t like to come to this location in Azle, TX.

What an awful location. In the past few years, the service has plummeted. I literally got parked and waited 10 minutes for a McChicken and a large Coke. They will park everyone who goes through the drive thru regardless of how simple your order is. And the reason is because McDonalds locations get judged by corporate on how fast they move people through the drive thru. So even if your order is ready to go when you pull up, 9 times out of 10, they will park you anyway just so it looks good when the general manager comes by and sees their false drive thru times. They will even park you if you are the only person in the drive thru. Besides this, the food is a mess. You get a burger and the patty will be falling halfway outside the bun as if they threw it together while in the middle of a hurricane. You get a McChicken, the outside is covered in mayonnaise. The fries are almost always burnt. Ask for no ice, they will give you ice. I struggle to understand how someone could mess up the simple action of placing ingredients on a bun. It seems like everyone there hates their job so they want to make the customer experience as miserable as possible to match the way they feel. You’re better off driving the extra 10-15 miles to Springtown or Lake Worth to visit those locations. Hands down the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to

It’s McDonald’s… What can you say? This location is not the worst. The food is usually good. The workers seem to be nice and enjoy their job. I’ve never had a bad experience here and as of lately there’s not really many choices in the area. So if you like McDonald’s, this is a good option for you.

Waited almost an hour in drive thru for a mobile order that was a cheeseburger and small fry. When I got to the window the guy didn’t even know what my order was no confirmation just started handing me stuff. Wrong order. He handed me the right one then that burger was wrong so had to have it fixed. Ended up still being a cold burger that looked like they just took the pickles off the meat and put on another bun since I ordered it without pickles and sauce. Still tasted like pickles. This location is always like this on weekends. They maybe need to treat their staff better so they can keep people. Always short handed.

Drive-through is crazy but fairly quick. The service is good most of the time. It is very confusing when you have to wait at the “pull up to” lanes. They’re not marked well, and/or people aren’t seeing what to do. This often blocks the drive through exit. Mid morning is the worst in my experience here.

The place wasn’t as clean as I would expect to McDonald’s and I waited at the counter by myself to Get someone to take my order I actually had to ask 2 women will you take my order why they totally ignored me and was taking care of the drive-through window only. These places make me feel as though if I don’t drive-through I’m not as important as the person that’s walking into their business to get a meal

Went today for curbside pick up, I was waiting a long time just for 3 items that were ice cream related. When I finally got them, the lady brought out my ice cream cone melted and she handed it to me while it was melting all over my hand! My shake was watery, the new strawberry cheesecake flurry was melted. Horrible Service!!
