BJ’s has a great selection of drinks, plenty of ways to get the meal started off right. The blueberry sour was particularly great! And the menu also had a good variety, the jambalaya and the French dip sandwich were both excellent. And of course, the pizookies were an excellent way to close everything out. Service was great as well, our server was awesome and very knowledgeable, and was perfectly attentive during our visit. I would definitely come here again!

Three of us stopped here for lunch during a recent road trip. The hostess and servers were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We were seated promptly, and a server came over within a few minutes to take our order.
Our order was brought out after a short wait, and everything was correct. Each food item was well-prepared and tasted really good.
There was an issue with one of my sauces, but the server was helpful and reported the issue to the kitchen.

We chose to sit at the bar, and the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. The burger I ordered was easily the best I’ve had at any restaurant in the past three years—perfectly cooked, juicy, and absolutely mouthwatering. The fries were crisped to perfection and paired perfectly with an ice-cold light beer. We also started with wings as an appetizer, which were packed with flavor and deliciously complemented by ranch. Overall, everything about this visit was outstanding, and I highly recommend this location to anyone. A solid 10/10 experience!

This was our first time there. We had an amazing server. Heather was great, attentive and the food was absolutely delicious. I got the Prime Rib…melt in your mouth!!! And my partner got the chicken Parm. Both were cooked perfectly!We will definitely be back.

Are they trying to cause food poisoning?? This rice was slimey, sour, and had a nauseating smell. I can’t imagine serving this and not seeing how spoiled it is. I felt nauseous from one bite, and spit it out. I couldnt handle the smell of the plate being so close to me. The service was great but the rice was unbearable. I couldn’t believe it. It genuinely ruined my tastebuds for the rest of the food

When we arrived, we were told there was about 15 mins wait but it was far less than that, maybe 5 mins. Our waitress, Penny, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the food. We ordered the sampler appetizer but it came to the table pretty late and our food was almost immediately served once the app got there. The food was delicious but super salty. Shrimp tacos and grilled chicken sandwich. Overall, good experience but a little too salty.

My wife and I love going to BJ’s restaurant for a date night. This past visit we ended up needing help with a Super Bowl order that we couldn’t get to go through. The Manager sat with us and helped us with all the patience in the world. We ended up having dinner and leaving and trying to place the order a few times over the next day but the payment system wasn’t working. One email to the Manager and wow! Order taken care of and ready for us to pick up Super Bowl Sunday. We just paid when we picked it up. EVERYONE from our server, the Management and the young lady that handled take out was top notch. Their brand promise, “The Gold Standard of Operational Excellence – Our genuine commitment is to take pride in passionately connecting with every guest, on every visit, through flawless and relentless execution of every detail, during every shift – to create and keep fanatical fans of BJs.” is absolutely true. We have had this same level of service at BJ’s on the west coast, and here in Gainesville as well. But now we live near the Fredericksburg location which will definitely be our go to for date nights!
