Pictures included. Came Nov.30, 2022 after dark. I was standing, waiting for my order to be taken, for at least 5 minutes. The girl in the picture, with the long beige jacket, was eating a McFlurry the entire time. She looked right at me, and didn’t even flinch. She continued to eat her McFlurry. And I just starred at her. The audasity. Once she decided to put it down, she then went to the fries & acted like she was working. The girl to the right of the picture, with the dark red braids, she eventually took my order. I did note- the girl with the red braids was actually doing a lot of work. While the girl in the beige jacket was just standing around, eating. And where was she standing at? Right where all the customers could see her- right there beside the fries. This is horrible customer service. HORRIBLE!!!!! How do you see guests waiting to be served, & continue to eat on the job? I even had customers standing behind me in line, waiting. Please roll the camers back!!! I hope McDonald’s isn’t paying her extra. SMH.

Second time that we have ordered quarter pounders. Flat and dried out, it’s like chewing on a stick of beef jerky. Called to speak with owner or manager and no one answers the phone. Will not be going back to this McDonald’s on University! Not worth time, effort or money!!

Had lunch here around 12pm, and there was no line, food was served fast, place was clean. Problems: 1. Bathrooms were mopped when we were here, and with the lunch crowd, that could cause a slip hazard; 2. I got the Grimace Birthday meal, and my burgers were cold, and the bread was crunchie. 3. The Grimace shake was very, very sweet. It tasted like vanilla cake. For someone watching their sugar, they could let you know. 4. The prices were a bit higher than expected, around $11 per person

I work next door but this was my first time coming to this McDonalds, and it will be my last. Ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and 3 McChickens. I came through the drive-thru, nobody ahead of me. Was charged almost $17 and waited for these extremely basic items for nearly 15 minutes. Most other locations would have those done within 1 minute of you arriving at the window. Got to my house over 30 mins away to discover one of the chicken sandwiches was missing. The 2 that were there, were dry, had almost no meat, tasted old, and were also SPICY which is not what I ordered. Based on the other reviews I won’t be wasting my time to try to get this rectified, I simply will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Unfortunately, the soda machines are not working. There wasn’t any sweet tea and apparently they had no way to make more. No napkins to be found anywhere. The bathroom had a soap container, but it was not in the soap dispenser (you had to take what belonged in the soap dispenser and turn it upside down and wait for the soap to drip out on your hand) and then the hand dryer was broken.

Got in and out of the drive through pretty quickly here. Most drive thru staff are friendly and nice to have a quick chat with. I did have one issue with my cinnamon roll which I noticed only after I made it all the way back home so I took a picture of it and threw it in the trash and kept my receipt and made my way back up there the next day. The guy there the next day nicely helped solve the issue and gave me a new cinnamon roll.
