On the rare occasion that I get out of my house I stop McDonalds. My favorite is a large Vanilla Ice coffee. I always taste it before I leave because sometimes it tastes awful.
When I ask for more syrup they want to know if I paid for extra syrup? I feel like maybe you didn’t provide the right amount of pumps to begin with and stop harassing me over syrup.
Yesterday, was one of those times when I needed more syrup. I was given a cup with maybe a TBSP at most of syrup if not less, as if, “here take it and like it”.
Why be rude and give me a hard time about syrup. I just want a DELICIOUS coffee!!

Man yall did me dirty. I don’t expect a lot when I go McDonald’s but my cheeseburger had a single onion on it. The dehydrated onions are literally the best part of this thing. And fast food has gotten expensive nowadays, 11 dollars for 2 cheeseburgers either a single onion. Service was quick atleast.

My wife had a doctor’s appointment in Shreveport today so we decided to run by McDonald’s for breakfast. After messing the order up and giving us the wrong food, or leaving food out of the bag, three times the, I guess, manager snatched up the receipt, very rudely just said pull up and then turned around and went to bitching about these people and things of that nature. We pulled up and sat there for nearly 15 minutes before I finally got so pissed off I just had to leave because, like I said, we had to make a doctor’s appointment in Shreveport that morning. It basically came down to the fact that all I did was wind up pissed off, no food and late to the doctor’s appointment. The two girls at the window were extremely nice, the manager, not so much.

I sat and watched an employee by the name of Roger pick bacon up off of a plate that Everybody gets their pancakes on, take a bite of the bacon and put the other piece that he bit off of back onto the plate of bacon, then proceeded to put that piece of bacon on somebody’s chicken sandwich And served that chicken sandwich with half eaten bacon on it then the manager, Mrs. corn was sitting in the dining room eating and another employee came in and asked for his W-2. She got up, walked through the kitchen. Wow she was eating with food in her hand. This made me absolutely disgusted, and I personally ended up throwing up. Knowing that some stranger got bacon that had been eaten on by an employee on top of all that when everybody’s eating it took 29 minutes for me to get a quarter pounder with cheese the question is what would Raycroft think about this whole situation? That’s what I wanna know.

Got a sweet tea with a broken french fri in it. I didn’t drink it because i don’t know if someone did something to the fri before it was put in my drink or not. I got the #5 mcnugget meal, and it tasted like it was cooked yesterday. They did get my order correct!! This was the one time that I didn’t check my food before leaving, and I didn’t have time to go back. I try to give McDonald’s a chance every once in a while.

Just waited for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru then got to the order box, waited over 5 minutes, finally said hello 4 times before someone came on the intercom and said, “you need to pull forward.” That was it. When I said I hadn’t ordered anything I got no response (all the while people in the other lane were ordering from there) and after almost 5 more minutes all the lady said was the same thing again—with no details and a very rude tone. And when we were driving off we saw the woman basically yelling at a customer in a very rude tone. Won’t ever be going back to this disrespectful and terribly run McDonald’s. A place that hires and employs people who treat their customers like that and is so disorganized is a place I, my family and my own employees will never go to again.

Update 5/24
I made a order for breakfast. I put the order in at 9:20. I got there at 9:25. I drove to a stall to enter the number in the app and the app was no longer working. A verified that they had charged my credit card $16. So I went through the drive-thru and told them that I had made the order. The lady at the window seems like she saw the order in the system and told me to go to the last window. Went to the last window and they said they don’t have any orders for me. I showed them on my phone the order and that it was the correct location and that they had charged me. She told me to cancel the order and pull up. So I did that no one ever came out. I don’t know why but I went inside and I tried to use their kiosk. I put my order in and begin waiting. I was there for 15 minutes and no one would acknowledge me except for the guy cleaning. The expediter was absolutely obnoxious, beyond rude. Finally asked me what my order number was I explained to her that the system didn’t give me an order number on the kiosk it just said come to the counter. She rolled her eyes and went back to the window. Finally slams down my coffee and a bag of food. I thought that I had checked that everything was in there but I noticed that when I got back to the house that the pancakes for the two orders were missing. I had put the syrup in there for the pancakes but no pancakes. I tried to call birthday refuse to answer the phone. I guess I will try tomorrow once the charge goes from pending to post it to dispute the charge. The food was awful and after all that waiting it was barely lukewarm. The steak is normally browned quite well this was not at all. No apologies for everything that went on no apologies for the wait. In fact no words came from this horrible person. Just slammed my food down and went back on her way. So now I have to file a dispute on the first credit card and then on the second credit card now where they gave me half the order. And to top it all off as I was picking my bag up and checking I saw two baby German cockroaches crawling on the counter. So that will do it for me. I’ve had nothing but problems from this place it’s very nasty and they hire nasty horrible people.
And while I’m at it I will add that the last three times that I had gone there for lunch they got my order wrong. I cannot stand their plastic cheese. I had ordered the five for $5 deal that they have in the app. So I ordered a McDouble with no cheese I cannot stand their plastic cheese it’s disgusting. And ext
Update 03/24 Look at how they packaged my qtr pounder with NO CHEESE. The single hamburger has nothing on it and appeared to have been cooked in the microwave. Multiple calls this year to corporate have yielded no concern. They just forwarded the info to the franchisee who clearly couldn’t care less. McDonald’s is a horrid company now and should bé out of business.
Why do you hire such hateful horrible people??? The woman this morning screamed at my wife hatefully to pull around. This sort of thing happens regularly at this mcdonalds. If your employees hate their job that much you know they are also stealing and likely going to kill someone through the food. I can promise you I will eventually find some kind of violation at this McDonald’s. You’re making enemy’s here not happy customers. It’s time to fire everyone and replace them with computers. This is ridiculous. Shut it down if you can’t even remotely operate it correctly and safely. Unbelievable that someone cares only about money and could care less about their customers, even if there business winds up killing them.
Additionally the bathrooms in this nightmare McDonald’s are nasty. Fixtures don’t work. How exactly are the employees washing their hands???
Don’t bother responding to me with free stuff.. That’s not what I want. I want you to operate this place safely and professionally. If you can’t or won’t do that I will do my best to get you shut down at least fined severely. You’re da m n right, I’m angry and it’s time to pay the piper.

The food was horrible, the wait was horrible and the cashier straight up walked away from the window and stopped taking money for orders, this place use to be ok be now its straight trash, if you want McDonald’s go to Richmond road, avoid this one at all costs.
