I don’t say this lightly: this was hands-down the best McDonald’s I’ve ever had. Everything was hot, fresh, perfectly made, and somehow tasted even better than usual (which is already saying a lot). Hash browns were crispy, sausage egg McMuffin’s were flawless, and the vibes were immaculate.

Huge shoutout to Toreto and Lupe — absolute legends. Friendly, fast, and clearly care about what they’re doing. You can tell when people take pride in their work, and it shows here. They turned a regular McDonald’s run into a 10/10 experience.

If every McDonald’s operated like this one, the world would be a happier place. I’ll be thinking about this meal for a long time.

I don’t know what the employees are doing here, but not cleaning or checking the restrooms or the ketchup containers or napkins is not one of them. Not knowing new products is poor training or salesmanship. Not knowing what is in a Grandmother McFlurry when it is a special drink, is unacceptable.

The cheeseburger was old with crusty cheese on the sides sticking out and they are suppose be tossed in the garbage after sitting more than a minute. I know this because my Dad was going to buy a franchise. It is just a rule they have so everyone gets fresh food….maybe not anymore!!!!!!!.

Both our burgers were luke warm and you could see how the cheese had been sitting a while. The fries were fine, but they usually are unless someone goes salt happy on them.

However, when I got ketchup, they have obviously changed from Heinz, the only ketchup there is, or watered it down. It was runny and didn’t even taste like ketchup. On top of that, I had to put my ketchup in a cup lid as there were no ketchup containers. They were doing nothing in the back, the place had a couple people in it…there is no reason for this to not be taken care of every 1-2 hours or so. They know how many cups the dispenser holds. Anyway, we asked the girl what was the Grandmother Flurry? What was in it? We coerced carmel out of her but there is something else in it, like candy or cookie. She was clueless! If an employee cannot do their job or at least try their best, they should be let go. For the $12/hr. they are getting for slapping a hamburger together, they should be perfect and happy to have their employment. With this service, they are way overpaid! Paying too much makes them unappreciative of the job they have and they do not work hard enough! They don’t care, they don’t make sure the place is clean and stocked. and for the price of frickin’ cheeseburger that is half the size it was and the Big Mac was disgusting. Inflation is awful! I get that, but the hamburgers didn’t even taste like real meat. I am from the era of it was fun to work at McDonalds. Back in those days, we paid $.21 for a hamburger, and fries $.26 for a cheeseburger and a shake. My suggestion…have one of the frozen mochas. It is really good because they have to make it on demand!

I placed an order on the app waited 10 minutes drives ten minutes to get there give them time and I pull up to the drive thru and they still make me pull up to the side. After waiting 10 minutes the food was just sitting there and the girl working there was just talking not handing out orders. Fries were thrown all over the bag burgers all smashed. This location is horrible they need new better employees.

Decided to grab a quick bite and received cold food. Fries were cold, the bottom bun of the mcchicken hard, no type of suace (ranch) on snack wraps, forgot my drink , and horrible customer service. DO BETTER.

Well, call this one self inflicted, since I should k ow bwtter, but in a hurry, stopped and got 2 bug macs, specifically with ‘light mac sauce’ since they normally ha e a gallon on them. Recepr and lady at window confirmed that the order was clear. Got thwm and first one wasnt light amount at all…more normal (or swimming in it). Open second and it had at least double what is normal. I literally probably scraped off 4-5 tblespoons of it. Bun was covered in it, sloppy and almost impossible to choke dow. Can the prep folks not read? Clearly said ‘light mac sauce’ on the ticket attached to each box. I just dont understand how thia stuff happens. No mgmt, lack of quality control, and teens that dont wanna work? Idk…but again, my poor choice to try again after last fails over the months, has once again resolved my committment to avoid this store.

We went through the drive through and they were not very busy. Our order was wrong and even though we asked for dipping sauce, it was no where to be found. Unfortunately, this is the norm.

This location has always had fast and friendly service except for one girl who works the drive through who makes sure to go out of her way to do her job completely without any kindness of any kind at all. When you are polite to her, she will not be polite in return. She is always ascots as though she hates her job. She will not say thank you or have a good day. Not even when you say it to her. She is a blond. She was working the window taking money on July 7-25.
Thank you and have a good day goes a long way in customer service. If you are that rude, you should not be in any kind of customer service job.
