Great experience of freshly prepared breakfast options. We visited as a family of eight with young kids. Ordered a variety of options like veggies omelette, pan cakes, French toasts, shrimps, and multiple of drinks and lemonade. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff was super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

This location is the closest one to me. Im a fan of IHOP but after my 3rd bad experience with them I’ll never go back.
1st incident was when my girlfriend (who doesn’t eat meat) ordered vegan sausages and they brought her pork, she said this doesn’t look like vegan sausages, the waitress reassured her that they were, only for me to taste it and confirm that they were pork, then the waitress came back apologizing saying they were out of vegan sausages.
2nd incident was when I ordered steak and eggs, the steak they gave me with my meal was rancid and had a foul taste. I told my waitress she came back and said that the chef said it was good. I’ve had this meal multiple times, it never tasted like this. I couldn’t eat it I told them take it off my check, I paid and left.
3rd incident was just last night after months of avoiding this location. In a last ditch effort, I ordered takeout for my girl and I. Kept it as simple as possible, two order of pancakes, some chicken strips and a side of fruits. The fruits they gave us looked disgusting, I could’ve just went to 7/11 and got better fruits. My girl tasted it and said they were spoiled.
This was the last straw for this location. I’ll rather drive 20 miles to an IHOP before I go back to this lactation.

This location is super busy and definitely get packed weekends. Manager Mara is an absolute pleasure! Honestly the kindest, warm, perfect example of southern hospitality in NYC. Always eager to help and make guests feel comfortable, and def pushes to make any mistakes right with a smile and conviction

Went there on a Sunday morning wait time was fine we were seated right away the waitress took over 10 mins to come over to ask us for food or drinks
She seems rude and upset like she didn’t want to be there very unpleasant attitude
Took our order and walked away
Our food came within 15 mins
The big problem was one of our meals had a bunch of rolled up hair in it
When we asked for the manager she walked over and said “oh that’s not hair that looks like a brush they clean with”
I could believe her response and all she said was I’ll make another one
Not even an apology
It’s simply the worst service possible all the employees seem to be kids just wanting to talk and joke with each other which is perfectly fine but at least be attentive to the customers
The server was Sophia based on the receipt and I never got the managers name she never came back over and offered an apology or checked in if the rest of the food was fine
Just overall a poorly run establishment when it comes to customer service
I understand it may just be an ihop resteraunt and the kids are just there for a paycheck but this solely falls on the owner and manager for not having higher standards

Great service, Very huge portions. I cannot believe I could not finish the entire omelet, it was delicious and had to bring almost half home!!!

Place is old looking and really run down on the out side needs a lot of work!!! Inside is old looking and real messy and a little old looking too!! The young kid that run the front and or waiter and cooks in the back is off the hook and should be a manager!!! The food is good like ihop food lol!!!

I have been patronizing this location for many years. The servers and staff are not the issue, it’s the restaurant that needs a renovation. Duct tape on most of the booth seating areas and worn table tops make the place look unkempt. This location needs a renovation ASAP!
