We don’t go here anymore because the drive through takes too long, they don’t offer salads, the food is always poorly put together or missing items and ingredients, and the staff is not great. We go to sonic and enjoy better food, decent prices and happier employees.. not to mention the order to eat time is incredible at sonic.

Every time I come to this site it takes forever to get an order. so this time I used the Mobile app but still I sat for quite some time so I’m like f it why am I waiting here anyway I get to this 1st window this lil girl was on her phone not paying attention, not taking orders not caring anyone’s at the window. Went here after going to the movies across the street to Miles Morales. The service was quick and fast. Food was hot and fresh! The fries were on point. They had the food rest at the window when I pulled up. Will definitely go to this location again.

I’d say this McDonald’s isn’t that great when it comes to ordering drive through. Sometimes the food would be cold when you get it. I recommend the other McDonald’s near Burger King. Better Service

My wife and I came to McDonald’s for breakfast. We decided on the Pancakes which had eggs, sausage and Hash browns. I asked to please substitute the sausages for another couple of hash browns since we don’t eat pork. The cashier said No we don’t do that. We said we don’t eat pork and she said you can have Canadian sausage and I said beef? She replied no, it’s bacon. I said you got to be kidding me. We’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s and they have always substituted for the hash browns with no problem. So we walked out. The cashier certainly was not polite.

We visit this McDonald’s every now and then when coming into town for grocery pick up. This McDonald’s is better than the one by the interstate for sure. But sometimes they do lack friendly customer service skills, food has always come how we ordered it and not cold.

Staff confused thus equates to untrained. Lines at counter with no attendant and long drive thru lines equates to either no care, under staffed, untrained, etc. What used to be an efficiently run operation is no longer efficient. Pretty much the same for most McDonald’s these days.

Ordered ahead on the app around 10am and we went trough drive trough, they acted like they didn’t know what we were talking about so o went in, the manager was very short and not helping at all dealt with them over my Mobil order until 10:30 then they said it’s 10:30 we aren’t even serving breakfast anymore! Manager was just rude, she didn’t even want one of her employees to help! How can ppl like this be running a place like this?!

These folks want $15 an hour for making a TERRIBLE cheeseburger. The bun was barely on the top of the meat. Smh. How difficult is it to take ONE extra second to make sure the meat, cheese, and condiments are lined up equally around underneath and on top of the buns???
