Personally, I despise ordering via kiosk. This McDonald’s has shifted to this, and the wait for a human to take my order was a bit long. Food was fine, and quick. The restaurant was busy, so the wait could be understandable.

Allegedly breakfast is served until 11:00 am. Not here, cutoff is 10:30. We ordered two breakfasts. When my wife asked for her coffee, she was told she was giving them “attitude”. To top it off, the door closest to handicap parking is locked. We won’t be back.

Whoever the older African American lady is who was passing out orders on 5/10/23 was VERY rude. I had just walked in and she was already complaining about no one claiming the to-go mobile order I placed. I said “excuse me?” And she walked off talking under her breath. Had it been a male I would’ve taken it upon myself to have their attitude adjusted. NOT what I want to hear after a 12 hour shift. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else!
