This is a place to grab an go, I love it so many options of food and a good price. Was able to pre-order frozen Alcapurrias Carne for a party that I was having . They sold em by the dozen for a good prices. An I drove hour an half just to visit wasn’t let down at all.

I had an issue with this restaurant a while back. My oldest son had mentioned he thinks ownership may have changed but if not there were different employees. Haven’t had a ton of issues other than food not being g as fresh if at the window. Today, I ordered 2 pinchos. One of longaniza the other chicken along with a drink and 2 pastelitos. The tostones were hard as a rock. I went back and told the lady at window and she mentioned they were being changed out with fresh ones and said sometimes the bulbs dry them out. She said she’d have new ones out. I passed her my bag and told my son to just throw it away and not worry as new ones were being made. I told her I didn’t mind the sausage being crunchy but the tostones were just too hard and didn’t taste fresh.she said no problem new ones would be done in 6-8 minutes
I go back in 8 minutes and only the longaniza one was in the bag. I said where’s the chicken one and she said he never brought it to me. I said you heard me tell him to throw it away since new ones were being made. To be honest, we were waiting on our order from Pastelitos, Chips & more but ordered food that was ready at El Primo’s due to my blood sugars dropping. I had

Well what surprised me is that I was given a pincho with the same sausage I told them I didn’t mind crunchy. I had already bitten into the end of one piece. In the picture you can see in the 2nd sausage the hole from previous skewer and the sausage on the top you can see is jagged and not dark at end like others. Why? Because it was the piece I ate from. The girl said you said you don’t mind them crunchy. I said I would have been ok with just fresh tostones but the fact they took eaten food and refried it is a problem and if food is taken back like they wanted my son’s chicken, the food should be thrown away not refried. I told them I’d be leaving g a negative review and contacting the state for an inspection.

Do not eat here. That is disgusting! Needless to say I through away the rest of the food because I can’t help but wonder how many times something like this has been done. It’s bad enough that I started buying pastelitos 2 stores down unless being made fresh due to all the flies in the food holding area by window but now knowing they will take food that has been touched and also bitten and refry them??? I made mention that I had taken pictures. They just took the bag and gave me a new one. I said no worries I took pics already. Like I said we through the other food too because I can’t help but wonder what other unsanitary processes they have. I decided to give this business another chance after my son had told me it had changed some due to either new owners or employees but never again. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

First time here and to be honest the food taste good and the staff is super friendly and customer service oriented. The reason I’m giving a 3 stars is because the food took more than one hour to be served and it’s a little pricey compared to other restaurants in the area offering the same food. Overall the atmosphere is great and I recommend this place, but definitely they have to work on serving the food in a decent timely manner.
Note: there’s a 2% service charge of paying with a credit card and 5 people or more, three is an automatic 18% service fee.

The pastelillo were good, however, the yuca alcapurrias con camarones were the worse.
i removed the shrimp and it was still yucky. The oil sat on my throat and my stomach which made my stomach feel yuck. I wanted to through it up. It just was not good.

HAIR ON MY PINCHO
They use to be really good but the last few times the pincho is dry and old, the tostones are old and have a nasty taste. I ordered food at 10am today and the food was already cold and dry looking
They also raised prices each pincho is $5 and some change, and they charge extra for cards
No one speaks English, the music is so loud you can’t hear anyone, and they have a stank attitude if your Spanish isn’t perfect ‍♀️

We were really excited to eat Alcapurias from here. But the food ended up being extremely greasy and very salty. Couldn’t even finish 1 Alcapuria. We also tried the bacaladitos, they were the worse. Made our stomachs really sick.

Love this place. The bacalaito was fresh and crunchy. It was very accessible and the staff were very nice. The price is way better than other places. Reminded me Puerto Rico when I was chinchorreando in the island.

Food is really good !! Is always full. The line is always long, but it does move really fast. I got a couple of things for a party for a charcuterie board, and it was a hit. Everyone loved it, including me…

This was epic! All with the greatest gone made flavor; rice, beans, pastelillos (de bacalao were my fav, shrimp, lobster, alcapurias, flan, bacalaitos, natural passion fruit and tamarindo). A must! Definitely a stop to make and they have a restaurant.

Outdoor hole in the wall type place. Great tasting food. Price is excellent. The lady behind the counter reminds you of your mother.
