I ordered a Big Mac meal and I got the wrong sandwich. I clearly asked for extra onions and instead I got a Big Mac with just cheese, lettuce and lettuce. I don’t understand what’s so hard with reading the order on the screen and making sure it goes into the correct bag.

This location is going down hill fast. It used to be amazing. I went here a few weeks ago and I kept having to tell the guy at the drive thru he was forgetting half of my order. Then I just ordered using the mobile app and my boyfriend picked up the food. I asked for no ketchup and they put a big glob of it and a little tiny dot of mustard. I asked for no onions on my 7 year old’s burger and it was covered in them. And there was a hair embedded in the mayo of my daughter’s burger and we had to drive back up there. Then they tried to act like we didnt just get the food from their location and all the workers were standing around staring at the burger with the hair in it. They remade the burger but forgot to put mayo on it. Looks like nothing but a bunch of young kids working there. Any restaurant that just has a bunch of high schoolers is always a place to avoid. We will be driving farther to go to the beltline location from here on out.

How bad does it have to be that you can’t seem to find people who actually speak English or at least understand it?!? Let alone have a manager that doesn’t know the difference between the first and second window. The customer service was absolute crap. Terrible!! Poor service and poor management. Not surprised.

Came for breakfast, someone must have been in too much of a hurry since my hash brown was mushy and they forgot to give me my frappe until id reminded them about it. Sad how the managers treat the employees, they are under so much pressure to “hurry! Watch the timer! “ that they have to sacrifice quality food , and sometimes don’t even give you all of it, just to make sure they don’t go over the customer timer. I’m very certain if this billion dollar company got rid of that entire practice, not only would their service dramatically improve, but their profits would as a result of the improvement service the customer is receiving.

I haven’t had a crispy deluxe sandwich in quite a while. This was one of the best ones I have ever gotten from any McDonald’s. The fries were perfect and not to salty at all. Thank you night crew and the kind lady manager on duty for the BBQ sauce.

The food is not regularly consistent.

The fries are always around the range of mildly warm/refried soggy and actuallu cooked.

Thd breakfast hashbrowns have a 30% chance of just outright tasting sad with no crunch.

Thd mcgriddle you have a 10% chance of somehow having the driest thing in existence its so odd…

Burgers and nuggets are ok though

I went to this location on my lunch break &the service was so baddddd here ! The manager was rude &so was the employees . After ordering at the drive thru I pulled up to the first window and nobody was there. When I pulled up to the second window the lady at the window had an attitude that I wanted to use Apple Pay . I explained to her nobody was at the first window and she still had an attitude, then the manager came to the window with an attitude as well and was dismissing me. When I finally got my food the fries were overcooked and cold , the filet o fish was thrown together . This was such a bad experience

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was extremely unhelpful, that includes the person serving as the manager at the time. I ended up getting a refund and leaving without food. This will be the last time I visit this location!! They made a mistake and I dealt with the fallout!! I’ll make sure to only deal with places that understand and know how to take responsibility and do the right thing by the customer!!!

I honestly went into this McDonald’s expecting the unfortunate usual, an order wrong, lousy service, the shrill beep of ovens being ignored. I found NONE of that here. I used the new auto teller and watched as one of the customer service reps realized they missed giving a customer his sauce. She RAN out to the parking lot to ensure he got them. I was impressed.
The order was done perfectly, the reps were friendly and actually seemed to care about my experience! I was pleasantly surprised as this was easily the best McDonald’s I have ever been to.
