Rudest employees I have ever dealt with. I had a group of 10 students…they did not give us 3 medium fries that we ordered. When I approached the counter the manager told us we were lying she put the fries in the bag. If you think I would try and scam 3 orders of french fries from you after I just spent 127.38 you are crazy. I never got my fries. Nor have I ever been treated so poorly in public. The kitchen is nasty too.

Please update your hours to show you are closed on Sunday. I’m staying downtown at the Fairmont and walked to a different Mcdonalds yesterday morning, with police and homeless and a lot of yelling, so this was a bit further walk but wanted a nicer experience. Unfortunately you are closed so I wasted my time walking over. Beautiful building and I’m sure it would have been wonderful.
