I ordered an ice cream for my son and a diet soda and fries for me. The fries were barely more than half filled. I have no clue what soda I got but it wasn’t what I ordered. And to top it off, the ice cream for my 4-yr old – the whole reason for our trip – I learned after I paid, had my order repeated to me, and was waiting on, wasn’t even available. They gave me my fries and soda and tried to send me off. When I asked for the ice cream, they then said oh yeah we don’t have ice cream…This location is always lacking something, has terrible customer service and the food is rarely fresh.

This McDonald’s location is pretty good. I often order through their app for delivery and it seems like I get my food quicker than I could actually drive to McDonald’s myself and pick it up. So far every time I’ve ordered delivery the food has been delivered fresh and hot and my order is typically correct. Occasionally, they have forgotten maybe a ranch or salsa packet but at the end of the day, it is not that big of a deal. Sometimes I get more and I keep them at the house for back up just in case.

I have had to wait an extended amount of time when I do the pick up in their parking lot or they have issues using the app through their drive-through. I cannot speak for the inside, as I have never even walked inside this location, but with it being a newer, McDonald’s here in the city of fate, Texas, I imagine it is pretty clean in orderly on the inside.

Might go to breakfast favorites are their sausage burritos and the sausage egg McMuffin with ranch and mild sauce. I also enjoy their sweet teas. I typically do not eat McDonald’s other than breakfast or fries occasionally as I am not a fan of their hamburgers or chicken nuggets.

I come here often , I get my food in a decent amount of time , so fast from my experience the employees are normal , not mean just kind I guess. Only problems I have is that they always have a mess , dirty tables and full trash cans. And there’s always never anyone in the counter and sometimes I can be there waiting for a couple minutes.

Dude. This is likely the rudest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, and on my first visit to this location. I had to repeat my order 3 times, no problem. The problem is she got an attitude with US while asking us to repeat the order. She was rude when we asked her to repeat herself because she was slurring. I don’t know if she was drunk to something but come on. I’m sorry you have a good job and are paid well but that requires customer service. Don’t take it out on the customer.

This is the worst run McDonalds ever. Whoever runs it is the most incompetent leader of any organization to exist in history, and that’s saying something considering the US government exists. If they ask you to move to the online order parking spaces after going through the drive though, refuse for your own sake. Just straight up don’t come here if you can help it. You will be forgotten and won’t get your food until 30 minutes after when you go in and ask. They won’t even apologize for the lateness.

I’ve come here quite a few times since they opened and every time I’ve gone, which is both nighttime and daytime hours, I had hopes, each time that the next time I won’t have to wait half a freaking hour to get my “fast food” from McDonalds. This is literally only the second time I’ve ever reviewed any fast food place because of how bad it is.

I came to get 4 burgers today. 1 quarter-pounder, one double quarter-pounder, and a #7. I go through the drive through, it’s going pretty fast, happy and hopeful that it might have changed since the last time, get to the window, they hand me my drinks and make me sit for a minute. They then ask me to go to online delivery spot #1. I really don’t want to, but I assume it wont be so bad since the other cars that did it before me got out pretty quick and I only have a few burgers and fries before I can go home. I wait there for 15 extra minutes after being through the drive through, go inside, wait another 7 minutes because the employees clearly aren’t taught how to treat customers and fix their problems. A lady finally comes up to me, I tell her my problem, she says “give me one second,” proceeds to bring someone else their food in the restaurant (no biggie, I think), starts walking back and when she gets back starts taking the order of the single person at the line who had just walked up. I wait another 3 minutes after standing there for almost 10 minutes shocked that this employee doesn’t know the freaking simple order of priorities that she created by telling me she would help me way before the other guy even walked up to the counter.

Some other employees finally come ask my what I need, actually politely, (shocking, I know), and the guy I had seen walking other people’s food out to their cars finally brings my food to me at the counter, hands it to me, he says absolutely nothing, and then he walked away. No “sorry, we forgot…” or “there was a miscommunication”, no. No polite/correct form of human interaction that someone in my predicament is deserving of. I leave, get in my car, go home, frustrated as ever, finally open my cold food, and realize I have chicken nuggets instead of the #7 meal I actually asked for, for my brother. Am I surprised that my order wasn’t put in correctly, too? I actually was… The last shred of hope that I possibly could have is that they put my order in correctly, but no, even that is too much to ask for at this, hopefully soon to be doomed to the fires of hell, “fast food” McDonalds location. 3 BASIC MEALS AND 3 DRINKS. That or the leadership changing would be good. Maybe robots taking over these jobs isn’t that bad of a thing. They might actually give me good service.

I’m absolutely livid. I genuinely have no clue how you can run a business this horrendously for as long as they have been, this bad, to get ME to Google review it.

If you couldn’t already tell, I will never be going to this McDonalds, again.

If I were rich enough to buy the big posters along the highway I would dedicate a large sum of my money just for the sake of publically denigrating this location. LEAVE WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!!

Crew member Maria needs to get terminated arguing with customers because she can’t find their order due to her bumping off orders earlier to help drive through time. Didn’t even ask me for a receipt she rather say in my face I was lying all I had was water (second order) when I had placed a mobile order and had my receipt that she didn’t even bother to ask for. Manager could not control her at all she kept running her mouth kept slamming the window and talking shit in Spanish like if we couldn’t understand her. Corporate or the owner you all need to do better! Way too early in the morning to be dealing with disrespect.

Why I waited almost 30 minutes for a Double Quarter Pounder that never came, I cannot say. Fortunately, the asked for refund was the only fast part of this fast food experience. While waiting, I saw several people having issues with their mobile orders. I’m sorry these folks are having to work Christmas Eve, but it is not a very cohesive team they have at this location.

Don’t go here if ur hungry late at night on the way home after a long drive and u don’t wana deal with a headache from the staff (mostly the old Hispanic male with glasses) they weren’t trying to give us our food , they kept telling us to cancel our order even though they didn’t know how to cancel it either , and wanted us to pay again. Like what ?? Pretty much wanted to give us a basket of fries for $22 even though we ordered more. We kept showing them our phone but they kept saying no they can’t give us our food just because our full order wouldn’t show on their screen and to order and pay again. But whatever the lady was kind enough to actually look at our phone & give us our complete order.

First time visiting McDonalds in USA on my work trip and i stumble upon this one with bad reviews. Unfortunately they are true. I went there like 7 times during 2 months because it was really close from my work and i have to say that almost everytime they got my order wrong, either something was missing or i got something else. The employees there were really slow and i couldn’t believe my eyes, I am used to fast & chaotic McDonalds in europe where you order and you got your food in two minutes because how fast and how many employees are there. Here it felt like the food would get cold quicker than get on my table. I gave 5 stars for food, because.. well it tasted the same as in all the other mcdonalds.
