Very clean, plenty of seating, friendly staff, and a nice playground. Lots of parking and easily accessed from freeway. Coffee was good and hot. Multiple electrical outlets around the walls and built into the tables is a plus.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this McDonald’s in Waxahachie. One of the last times I was there, an older gentleman was outside picking up cigarette buds, removing trash from the trash cans and cleaning up the exterior. My toddler and I went inside this morning and the first thing we did was head to the restroom. There was a lady cleaning the floors which was nice to see. The employees were friendly and paid attention to offering to help refill glasses and get extra napkins for us. While ordering on the kiosk, I heard the restaurant supervisor tell everyone it was time to wash their hands. I have never heard someone tell the staff to stop and take time to clean their hands to make sure things are staying sanitary. I was very impressed by this! The kids playground area is modern and was also very clean and tidy. It offers a great place to allow kids to play in times of extreme weather. Having WIFI to work on my laptop while my kiddo plays is an added bonus. As a Waxahachie business owner, I consider my standard fair but high. Whoever is training the staff and running this location is doing a fabulous job!

Thought we’d try out the McDonalds when driving through Waxahachie. Unfortunately it appears this McDonalds believes when you order and pay for Large drinks and a Large fry you only deserve a Medium’s worth of product in that Large container. Disappointed to say the least, maybe we’ll try again in the future and see if they’re able to redeem themselves.

8:15pm on a Saturday & they locked the doors so we couldn’t go in the lobby. Our daughter had to go to the bathroom. They could see us through the window, about 10 people were in the play area- the employees shut the lights out in the lobby while we walked around the building to check the other doors.m.
