Ordered fish sandwich meal and they put mayonnaise on it instead of tartar sauce. When you try to call the phone either rings or busy signal. No one ever answers. Tuesday nights gone by there to order something 10:45 at night and they’re closed. Nobody answers. No cars in the parking lot. According to your website, your hours are 24/7. What happened to that? Every time I order something and go through the drive-thru I have to wind up going back or trying to call to get my order corrected. Corporate office needs to step in here.

always getting stuff wrong bruh went and ordered some food for the fam, 2 very specific mcdoubles and just for regular mcdoubles.. ts ain’t even the first time either … went and got dessert for the fam, they literally didn’t put half the items in cuz they “didn’t have them”… went before that with my dad too.. mcdouble only ketchup? nahhhh… mcdouble with everything… iced coffee tastes like dirt water, smoothies never blended right.. why even open 24 hrs ngl..

I ordered a medium fry and a large sweet tea in the app and went to my curbside pickup number and waited there for 15 minutes and then I proceeded to go inside to get it and took them another 15 to get me my order , the manager in charge did not know how to control their staff , the employees where laughing and playing around and not doing their jobs , very unprofessional and this store was one of the good location but they for sure has lost that !

It’s always wrong. Either I am missing something or I get someone else’s order. Every time. And I order straight from the menu; nothing special, just the way it comes. Plus, I order from the app so there’s absolutely zero reason for breakdowns in communication. It wouldn’t be so bad to pull into “space #3” and wait an extra 10 minutes if they would just put the entire order in the bag. I go, they mess it up, I wait a few months, I go back thinking I have waited long enough for a turnover cycle and the new ones will be able to read a ticket. Nope. Boo! McDonald’s on 205. Do better

Horrible management and staff after having to pull up to the window and wait 10 to 15 minutes for my order. Once I finally received my order my bag looked like it had been open and very wrinkled like if it was somebody else order, made it home. My fries was burnt also my quarter pounder.
