Every time I use their “convenient” mobile app they always have my order wrong!! Come to my car, drop bag and walk away. When I get home my order is wrong. This is the 3rd time this happens and never ever using their app again. They need to do better in their quality control and if I complain they just replace my order never offer anything else for the inconvenience. I tend to not go to this place because it is always something…. Customer serviced truly needs a follow up, but today I went in order three ten piece nugget meals I was told to
Park and immediately knew that it was going to be a process… I waited ten, twenty and thirty minutes… many cars got their ordered while I waited… ultimately had to go inside and get my food and waited for 7 longer minutes…. I was not once acknowledge by the mngrs or whatever they are…. McDonald’s please do better and place people in charge with better customer service as we are not asking for free food we are just asking fresh food and fast service.. thank you.

This suppose to be a happy place, the staff is reason. It takes the staff to make the food. I have bought another fresh hot fry without my app, just to get them hit and not cold. When you order in the app at this location, I like to pick up in the location. The chicken sandwich, not good, go to Chick-fil-A for a chicken sandwich. I took a picture, wasted my money and that bun look like it is a week past the freshness date. This location needs to do better

My order was wrong. Could not get them to answer the phone. When they did answer, sounded like they just hung up. My order (see attached) was simple. They rush you away at the window. I bet next time, I will set there and hold up the line to very my order is correct.

The young lady who gave me my receipt very nice, but when it came to getting my order total different experience.
Order mc griddle sausage egg no cheese.
What i was given no egg , sausage with cheese mc griddle. Drove around to go in never acknowledged it seen 2 people standing. Since the kiosk went in the counter is never covered . Just calling out orders never checking to see if someone wants to order from the counter.
Waited 5 minutes or so and just left , this was about 830am no pies of any kind available.

This place has horrible service. The workers are absolutely rude and don’t speak to you. They act like they would rather be somewhere else than do their job. When taking orders all they say is “anything else” or “what else” after anything you say and don’t give you any time to say the next thing. They pull you up and take forever to come to bring the food.
