Calling about my order missing items never answer phone even on not busy hours
which they did NOT provide when I paid. She then asked who was it that took my order and I replied by saying that it a was a gentleman. The gentleman who took my order came to the window and was very rude and disrespectful by saying that it wasn’t his fault that he got the order wrong because I didn’t order correctly cause he didn’t know I wanted a Big breakfast meal. I replied by saying that I repeated multiple times and stated that I wanted 3 big breakfast, 3 orange juice and a Mcgriddle NOT just 3 pancakes by itself and a coffee that I did not order. This was by far the worst experience, I love McDonalds but this was really disappointing I’ve never imagined that McDonald would ever be this rude to their customers, not take accountability, or take action to fix my order. Unfortunately McDonalds has lost my business due to this experience and I’ll never invest my money on a place that won’t take care of their customers. On top of that they had me waiting in the drive thru for approximately 30 minutes when it supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Order was never fix, they didn’t take accountability, and food was cold
This is, without exaggeration, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’m genuinely shocked this location is still operating.
My DoorDash order was a disaster — they forgot an entire combo meal, the fries were ICE cold, and they were out of Diet Dr Pepper. Annoying, but I tried to give them another chance.
Four days later, I went through the drive-thru, ordered a McGriddle meal… and they couldn’t even manage to put cheese and egg on the McGriddle. And unbelievably, they were STILL out of Diet Dr Pepper. How is a major chain out of the same drink for days??
And the communication here is beyond frustrating. The staff struggled so much to understand me that they asked for my name FOUR separate times for my mobile order and still couldn’t get it right. At this point it feels like no one is trained properly or prepared to help customers.
Missing food, cold food, wrong food, zero consistency, and impossible communication. This location is chaotic, unprofessional, and an absolute headache every single time. I’m officially done giving them chances. Management seriously needs to step in and overhaul everything.
This location was very clean and the customer service was very good.
The food was hot & fresh Not all McDonald’s are like that, so this was a breath of fresh air.

Another lady eventually came and said I could pull up without offering a receipt. The same lady was the person who gave me my food and was not happy about me asking for a receipt.
I did not finish this order and left due to his behavior. Not the first time I’ve seen this happen here – the franchise owner clearly tells them to do this.
