Nice workers, nice restaurant – no complaints in that regard. Only thing, I received onions on my burger that I requested no onions on. I hate onions. Everything else was correct.
I should mention, we’ve been through the drive through before – early in the morning around 5 or 6am, so not too busy, and there were a few customers going back in line – presumably because they also had something wrong with their order.
However, I am completely understanding it’s a relatively new location, and do not fault the workers, who have always been nice. The 4 star for service is simply due to the completion of the “service” not always being satisfactory – nothing to do with server attitude. The 4 star for food, is also due to it not being accurate a few time – it’s not due to the taste.
If any of the workers see this, thank you for doing what you do. You are appreciated more than you know.

I’m so tired of going to this McDonald’s giving them a chance after chance this is my third to fourth time and this is it my final everything that I received on this morning for breakfast was cold and nasty the hash brown was cold the sandwich was hard cold the coffee was old Brew the orange juice was diluted like they didn’t mix the other part of the orange juice with it I used to be a manager years ago for McDonald’s this is so unacceptable and every time you try to call they’re never answering the phone and they are brand new they just opened a month ago and this is how they servicing their customers this is horrible they would never get my money again and I’m definitely going to reach out to corporate someone has to do something about this this is my fourth time losing money with them and I don’t want this to happen ever again I need my money back I’m all the way at work now I’m not turning around to go back I am an hour away but I’ll be reaching out once I head home this evening to get me a refund or something please do not even attend these McDonald’s no more I’m starting to believe what social media and everyone is saying about them now.

We went 3/21/2026 to grab a quick dinner. When we got home and took the first bite, we realized the meat was raw. It was very disappointing and shocking. I haven’t felt well after biting into it and feel sick to my stomach. We went back to get a refund and the gentleman that helped us was apologetic and took my name and phone number just in case we got food poisoning. Their empathy was satisfactory but reading through the previous reviews this morning, it looks like this isn’t an isolated situation. Quite disappointing since this location is so close to home, at this point we will have to go to a different location IF we are ever able to muster up enough courage to try McDonald’s again. Be cautious when ordering here, who knows what else they serve undercooked…

Bathrooms smell like sewer, employees are not friendly, and the food is always cold no matter how long you wait.

I ordered through drive through, they took forever. My kids were getting impatient, then I went home and realized my burger was not cooked fully. It was still red inside. They need to pay more attention to customers and the way they serve food.
