If we are made to wait 10-15 minutes, you’d THINK it’s because they are cooking fresh food. NOT serving fries that are hard as rocks and old as the dirt on the ground, uneatable. Hire better. Expect better. Enforce better. Just plain BE BETTER!

Unfortunately this location quality has depreciated over the past months. In the past we opted to travel a little further to this location instead of the Eldorado/Custer restaurant because of the food quality and consistency.
Today’s visit will likely be the last. Instead of parking the drive thru car (2 ahead of me), you made us all wait which resulted in our food sitting there while we waited. I know this is true because when we moved up in line, you immediately handed the the food out to the car in front of me and same for me when i got to the window. When getting home the nuggets were old and hard. I ordered NO salt on our fries and both orders had salt. One including my sons Happy Meal. His burger was plain and I ordered it with ketchup and pickles only. My value meal burger had a tomatoe, lettuce and mayo on the outside of the bun. Lastly I didn’t receive the correct condiments.
That said we are really looking forward to the opening of the newest location on Virginia/Custer.

Came to pick up a doordash delivery order and wanted to grab a burger for myself as well arrived at 12:40pm when they don’t close till 1am. Can see people inside when pulling up. Wait at the intercom nobody says anything. 12:45 I’m showing a lady throw the drive thru window I’m trying to pick up a door dash delivery. Lady refused to give out the order. Need new staff at this location. That’s completely unacceptable. Order should’ve been done by the time I arrived if it wasn’t and if it was it shouldve been handed out. I just drove twenty two minutes to this place to pick up during business hours and order that would’ve been placed prior to me getting the order and yet absolute refusal to hand the order out. Wasted my time, milage, tire wear, charge and missed out a twenty three dollar order because of it when I most definitely could’ve used that order pay. Get people in that will actually do the job. Pictures is the girl that refused to hand out the order.

This store wants to force customers to use their order. No, I won’t do that! I pay with cash, so an employee has to go to the register anyway, so just take my order there!! They’ve blocked the menu board AND registers withe their silly signs. One says “Reach out to any crew member for assistance” I will do that every time, and make them come and do the kiosk for me if they won’t work the register. I would recommend everyone BOYCOTT the KIOSK and make an employee do it for you until the store owner takes down the barricades and unblocks the menu board. Too many people DON’T WANT the kiosk. It takes too long, with too many screen presentations to order, even something simple.

I ordered a large fries through the kiosk because after 4 minutes standing at the counter (I was the only one) no one took my order. When it was ready, I got the bag, and noticed they had put the fries upside down in the brown bag, after fixing that issue, I realized they had only filled up the large container 1/2 way, about a medium.

Honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like taking an order was a personal burden. No greeting, no courtesy, just attitude. The whole place felt disorganized and unprofessional. If this is the level of customer service they’re comfortable with, management seriously needs to step in. I won’t be coming back.

Placed a mobile order in advance to circumvent a wait and still had to wait even with no car in the drive through. After waiting for the items to be made, there were items missing from my order as well as the items I did receive being old and/or cold. After the all the multiple times I visited This location, this will be the last. Only got bump to two stars due to gentleman that was nice at the first takeout window

They are forcing you to order from a kiosk where everyone’s nasty fingers have been touching. They covered up the menu board behind the counter and put a barricade on the counter in front of the cash register directing customers to use the kiosk. No I won’t! I pay with cash anyway, so an employee has to come to the register anyway. So just take my order there to begin with. I don’t know what the owner of this McDonald’s is thinking, but it is NOT customer service.

This was our first time here at this location. We ordered Filet-O-Fish, medium size coffee, and apple pie. Sandwich and coffee was good, taste exactly as in other McDonalds places. Apple pie was cold, which usually should be served warm. Other than that, place was clean, condiments and drinks were full and area was clean. They also had this play table for kids:) staff was friendly and welcoming. Will come here again.
