The new play are was awesome. Kids really love it. Quite challenging! The new upgrade are really nice, the space they offer in the play area is very open too so the kids don’t run into the tables. So much for telling them the place is still shut down!

Love getting an egg mcmuffin and just sitting and enjoying my coffee. This is a very busy place, always. Don’t expect to get your food instantly, but they do it as quickly and efficiently as possible. Still love it.

This McDonald’s has gone really far down hill. The management is rude and hateful to customers, and they treated you like they don’t have time for you. The sad thing is they have a monitor behind the menu that tells the employees to smile and treated the customers with respect and kindness. It is sad that you have to tell your employees to be nice every few seconds, and you still can’t get acknowledged, service, or even a smile.

This place has very unfriendly employees. We waited 5 mins at the counter to order. It seems that they don’t like to talk to people. We went to get our drink, no straws. Went to find a table. Every table was dirty. Oh, and they left the meat off my burger so stood in line while the rest of our food got cold.

They have forgotten to give us drinks we ordered nearly every time. We shouldn’t have to go up and ask for items we paid for to be given. Also, they don’t have any napkins available. It’s as if we’re expected to used our sleeves to wipe our mouths. The play area is nice, though, especially since not many places have a play area anymore.

This was our first time here at this location. We ordered Filet-O-Fish, medium size coffee, and apple pie. Sandwich and coffee was good, taste exactly as in other McDonalds places. Apple pie was cold, which usually should be served warm. Other than that, place was clean, condiments and drinks were full and area was clean. They also had this play table for kids:) staff was friendly and welcoming. Will come here again.

The family bathroom in the play area was locked from the inside. No one was inside. All the napkins were behind the counter which makes no sense. All the ketchup was gone from the dispensers and was also behind the counter. No changing table in the men’s restroom. Also, the toilet in the men’s restroom was out of service. Overall lack of maintenance and bad customer service.
