I always have a problem with this location especially on that breakfast/daytime shift. I never have a problem with the overnight shift. The last straw was today. I went for breakfast and the parking lot was covered in trash. I continued to order because I didn’t have time to stop anywhere else as I didn’t wanna be late for work. My breakfast sandwiches were hard as hell and burnt. I wish I took pictures of the burnt egg on the sausage and biscuit sandwich before I tossed it in the trash. They really need to close this location.

This McDonald’s is very good and consistently does a great job. The staff are friendly, kind, and always take the time to listen to what you say, which really matters and makes the experience better. Orders are handled well, and the service feels welcoming instead of rushed. The restaurant is usually well-run, and you can tell the employees care about doing things right. I really like this McDonald’s, and it’s easily our favorite McDonald’s in the DFW area. We always enjoy coming here and feel comfortable choosing this location every time.

me and my boyfriend have just moved close by and have been to this McDonalds a couple of times. We will never be going back! There’s this one guy and girl that are extremely rude and always catchs an attitude towards every customer! I worked in fast food and know that customer service is definitely important and the way they talk to their customer is not okay! Also the worst food I have gotten from a McDonald which is crazy since every McDonalds has the same food I hope this store can get some help! I should be able to go to the closest McDonald without receiving attitude just for ordering lol.

To start off, when we walked into mcdonald’s, it smelt so bad and every single one of their kiosk’s to order food was shut off besides one, leaving us to wait because there was 5 workers in the back just standing there talking and even saw us waiting. We waited for about 10 minutes, no problem, but when we went up to grab our food, the worker stared at me as if she was waiting for me to say something. We were still missing 2 medium drinks which I told the worker and she looked around like she didn’t know what she was doing, but the cups were right behind her… she finally handed us the cups after a minute of waiting for her to easily turn around and grab a cup. I even said thank you and she just walked away without saying anything with a look on her face. We then went over to the drink station, which we bought a medium sweet tea as well as a medium orange hi c, and both drinks weren’t there/weren’t working. When we got home and I checked my food, I only got 4 nuggets when I order an 6 piece nugget and didn’t get any of the sauces we put with our order. Every time I come here, i’m waiting for than 10 minutes even if it’s not busy and even after i check the bag to make sure everything is in there. I didn’t know I had to start opening everything individually to make sure everything was there… It’s starting to get to a point…

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this McDonald’s location. The service was slow even though it wasn’t busy, and the employees seemed uninterested in helping customers. My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to their attention, the staff acted annoyed instead of apologizing.
The food was also not up to standard — it was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for a while. The dining area wasn’t very clean, and several tables hadn’t been wiped down.
Overall, this visit did not meet the basic expectations I have for a McDonald’s. I hope management takes steps to improve customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Y’know what, usually I don’t get everything I ordered. But, THIS TIME, nailed it. The crew was moving and making things happen. Even got the sauces in there!! Even got the new hot honey chicken sandwich, FIRE! My night has been made. <3

I went on this location. First of all the long hair guy was super rude . I ordered 2 mocha frappe. He gave me milkshake instead cuz the coffee was like water literally. The music was loud and they were least bothered about the customers waiting in the lobby. I requested for refund and the guy never knew how to do that. He kept on saying i can offer you something else but cant give you refund. Until the other guy came and initiated refund. Horrible customer service. I wish i could give them 0 stars.

Well, they got me again. With three other McDonald’s nearby I know better than to visit this location, they mess up my order…every…dang…time. But my daughter is home sick and I’m trying to get food in her, and I’m in a rush so ok I’ll risk it.
At this point I think it’s their business model, charging for things and not putting them in the bag because they know people aren’t going to bother driving back just for an apple pie or something. I keep hearing about how this location has changed, they’re much better, new management, whatever. Lies. This location is consistently the worst run McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I placed an order at the speaker where I asked if they have the blue raspberry icee, The lady told me yes, When I got to the window, they handed me the frozen Coke so when I told them that I asked for the blue raspberry one, they said they’re all out so they can only give me Coke. I let them know that I did not want the Coke and I would prefer just getting a refund And the lady, I spoke to said she talked to the manager, and the manager said they cannot do a refund and will not do a refund. She said I can take a different drink or nothing. All of this occurred while I received dirty, looks through the window With my child in the car. I will be filing a complaint and speaking to corporate as this is not the first time this has occurred. For reference this occurred at 8:45 to 8:50 PM.
