We were staying at Wyndham DFW Airport just one block away because flight was delayed and had to rebook our flight and stay here late at night, tired and hungry. This place say they serve 24 hours so we considered walking at 00:30 just to find out that they only attend customer at the drove thru (car required). Plenty of people were in the same situation than us, we easily could full all the tables inside but we just receive a No answer. So walkers don’t waste your time.

The word to the okay years are automatic making it easy for littles to escape and there isn’t a slide that goes from top to bottom. So there’s not really a reason for your toddler to come out with out incentive. You have to go get them or be creative.

Immaculate, well maintained, excellent food and friendly customer service! I visit this McDonald’s location nearly every week when I am a guest at the hotel next door. This location is always consistent with excellent customer service, fresh hot food and immaculate facilities. Undoubtedly, one of the cleanest McDonald’s restaurants I have visited. Naturally, I don’t have to expand on the menu, as the menu is consistent with all McDonald’s locations. All the iconic sandwiches and treats are here, including my new favorite sandwich, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich! The facilities are very well maintained, this is the modern, upscale design and decor location. It includes a Playland and double drive thru service. After traveling the world on business for 35 years, this is one of my top favorite McDonald’s Restaurants! Keep up the great work, I will be visiting again soon!!

I ordered a large Quarter Pounder meal. When I asked to have water instead of a soft drink, I was told I had to purchase a bottled water separately. I found that surprising since I was buying a full meal and simply wanted tap water in place of a soda.

Always a problem via drive thru experience.
I have decided to ban this McDonald’s.
Never a problem with breakfast.
I typically never eat the later meals.
I typically never eat meats from restaurants.
But I’m not coming back here because I’d rather go to Sonic (walnut hill/beltline) for breakfast now and Wendy’s (183/beltline) for burgers.
Revisits +2+3; breakfast is definitely safe. Service is slightly better … (+2 food, +1 service) My sister-in-law definitely enjoys this place.
I’m tired of wasting time and attempts for a solid good meal.

I tried to use the kiosk and it froze … so I told a McDonald’s salesperson it’s frozen and I have a reward I’m trying to use… through the Mass confusion on her end…she couldn’t figure out how to get it straightened out…so no free fries for buying a drink…

worst macD ever… I was in drive thru line and just a one car ahead my friend had an emergency call about another friend in accident so he had to leave urgently I was to just pick up the prder but the manager named Patrice idk that’s what the staff gave me the name when asked.. She was so rude didn’t consider what problem i was in .. It was raining . She had my order She knew it all. It was all in camera but denied to give me my food. That was so disrespectful and so humiliating I asked her very respectfully but this kind of managers or staffs are not good for the company who cannot be flexible according to situation and conditions of customers if i would have lied. She would have knew it already its all in records.. I literally had to ask an stranger to order me my food again i paid them double cause i was in rush and extremely hungry… I would never ever come back if this woman is here again. Bad for mac D i swear
