I had to write this review after calling several times and finally after the 4th call, I spoke to the manager named Yanira and worsened the situation. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!
I was calling to let them know the chicken nuggets were old and cold. I wasn’t even upset, my son had just gotten off work so I told him to pass by since I’m already in bed, tired from a long day/night. I sent him the pictures of food to show them. I told her he was about to go through drive thru and show her. I even said I could send a pic of receipt…she sarcastically said “hmmmmm” like yea sure. She literally said “if you don’t bring the food, I can’t give it to you”, I said ma’am I’m in bed and if you see the pictures, you wouldn’t even eat them either. I told her I would then proceed to throw them out and write a review and she said “okay bye”.
I didn’t even get an apology for giving us the food like that.
UPDATE : my kid actually came home with the 10nuggets , she gave them to him. She knew too. Unfortunately it was too late, I’m leaving this review because it’s not just about getting the food back… customer service was horrible!

I come to this location because it’s the closest to us, but unfortunately the service is consistently bad. The biggest issue seems to be when an employee named Keylin is working. Every time we’ve interacted with her, she is extremely rude and makes no effort to hide her attitude.
Everyone has bad days, but this has been a repeated experience over multiple visits. Customer service goes a long way, and it makes the experience unpleasant when someone clearly doesn’t want to help customers.
I’m not driving to another location, so we keep coming here, but I really hope management addresses the customer service issues because this location could be much better.

We went right after the ice started melting. Those fries and chicken nuggets were so fresh, it was like stepping back in time to 1994. And the staff only charged us 15 cents per mac sauce container!! Obviously we got 6 to eat with everything. Most accurate order we received to date, but the freshness of the food is really what sold us on this location.

I ordered a spicy McCrispy; it’s my favorite food. I ordered it online and got it at the drive-thru at 12:57 a.m., but I think they should cook the chicken thoroughly because it’s raw and can’t be eaten that way. Do it right next time.

I was waiting in a long line for a long time in the drive-thru, and when it was finally my turn, I was directed to the first window to pay. The girl at the window was just standing there laughing, so I thought maybe I had to go to the next window. When I got there, I explained what had happened to the staff, and they started asking me for a receipt, implying that I was trying to take the food without paying. I told them that nobody had charged me and that I wanted to pay, but no one was helping me at the previous window. Then they told me to go back and get in line again. I’m not trying to steal anything. I was going to pay for my food. If there’s an issue with their system, it wouldn’t hurt to simply open the window and let the customer know what’s going on instead of just standing there laughing.

The most disgusting McDonald’s ever. At the McDrive there are two order stations, and people line up in two queues. One queue moves much faster, while in the other people wait for a very long time and then just leave. When I pulled up, I waited there for 15 minutes and realized that the second station simply wasn’t working.
When I drove up and walked to the window, I asked them why they had two stations if only one was working. They told me they didn’t have enough staff. I said they could at least close the second station, because people are standing there for an hour, or take turns serving both queues. The employee just shrugged.
In the end, I waited for 40 minutes and left without my order — and there was still a huge line of cars behind me waiting in that same lane, while none of the staff seemed to be planning to work on that side.

The cashier got the order wrong, and didn’t want to rectify the mistake she made. We specifically asked if the special mcchicken meal included the chicken nuggets, and she said yes, and then put another kind of mcchicken meal without the chicken nuggets. The cashier stated that she never mentioned that it was included. Never coming back as they couldn’t own up to their mistakes or apologize.
