Zero stars!!! Went through drive-thru. The person could not get our order straight. The person at the first window had to look for our order, which explains why the wrong order kept showing up on the order area. When we got to the last window, the lady gave us our order and left the window. We checked our order and we were short a strawberry milk shake. We told the lady and she said I gave you all your order. She said you had 4 drinks. We had to show her our receipt! My husband said, yes, 4 drinks and a milk shake. The lady rolled her eyes and closed the window on us. Someone then hands her our milk shake., she then opens the window and gives it to us. I ask her if she should be arguing with customers like that. I ask to speak to the manager. Guess what??? She was the manager!

If u could give zero stars I would. Went through drive through and asked how to use the app I just downloaded to earn points on my order. Cashier said I don’t know. So I ordered a sausage muffin and a cup of water extra ice. Asked for the manager, Diana, to explain the app to me. She did, took care of my order and used some code from my app for a $1.50 breakfast sandwich even though I was only trying to earn points. I was done trying to explain by this point because she did not speak good English and did not understand. I pull out and see that I was given a plain English muffin. And a cup half way filled with no extra ice. I drive back through, and the incompetent cashier from the beginning that had no idea what she is doing told me that’s what I ordered. Literally and rudely tried to argue with me so I pulled through to Diana and she did the same! So unprofessional! Then I pull off to see that I was given a old floppy not crispy or fresh sand which! Diana and her team need to be replaced and retrained!

I frequent this McDonald’s often. I am pregnant, having a bad day and all I have wanted all day was McDonald’s fries. I came tonight and got large fries. I was so excited to get home and eat them!! You can imagine my disappointment when I tasted my fries and realized they were cold, stale, and soggy as can be. So sad 🙁

This McDonald’s is always pretty solid. Way better than thrbone in Wylie and I will drive from Wylie to go to either this location or the one in Murphy.

We went to the McDonalds in Wylie tx and their machine went down so they was only taking cash and that was a bummer due to me not having cash so i went to this location down the street in Allen and it was the best decision i would make because usually this location is very rude but there’s a worker there named Alan! ALAN WAS THE BEST MCDONALDS WORKER EVER!! He needs a raise seriously because he worked really hard and also He was so super sweet and made sure our food was super fresh and hot and made sure he had it all correctly done. I would recommend this location when he’s there and his crew because they were awesome as well.

McDonald’s is always good, you know what to expect and it is the same taste. But yesterday and recently I have noticed the french fries don’t have the same seasoning. I have always loved their fries, I miss it.

This McDonald’s always get my order right, but this morning I was not pleased, I ask for grape jelly and ketchup, I didn’t get neither, this may seem small but it’s a big deal for me, I use those items on my breakfast. Also everything in my bag was very sticky, the butter, the syrup, the big breakfast containers, everything was annoyingly sticky. I’m not sure what the problem is with that. I guess I won’t order delivery, I’m not able to go.
