I got robbed this afternoon. Paid for a large fry and what I received was basically a medium in a bigger box. The pictures speak for themselves, both containers are filled to the same level. With the economy the way it is, every dollar matters, and this kind of corner-cutting hits your wallet fast.
I used to work at McDonald’s. and the standard was simple, fill the fries to the top, then add a scoop to overflow it. If you didn’t, a manager corrected you. They cared about a standard, consistency and value to the customer.
Now it’s obvious what’s going on don’t top off the fries, save money, stretch the inventory, order less product. It might help their bottom ine. but it cheats the customer.
If l’m paying for a large, give me a large. Not this.

This location is my go to and usually had good service. This specific interaction happened 1 in the morning. I understand, it sucks working night shift. I got to the drive through line and already had a mobile order, and wanted to chance the ice cream machine. It was working, so I decided to order a regular OREO MCFLURRY. At the second window, I paid for my food, and the guy, elder gentleman, started to work on the ice cream. It was odd when he put in the whip cream. And so, he handed it to me, and I was confused, cause it’s not what I ordered. He didn’t give a recite to my McFlurry (or my online order, but it’s a little different since the recite is already online), he prepared a vanilla milkshake with oreos at the bottom and the top. Not even mixed in. So, I ask about it, and he said that he didn’t have a mixer. I ordered a McFlurry… shouldn’t you at least tell me before taking payment? And not only that, but I was overcharged (from my guess, a vanilla shake with oreos) and not like an oreo McFlurry. I did not ask for an oreo shake that’s not blended, I asked for an oreo McFlurry. I tried to at least get chocolate, but he passive-aggressively thanked us and I drove off. And to top it off, the fries weren’t full. A very irritating experience

Edit:Had a talk with the GM on the phone, problem resolved. Back in good favor

I stop in the drive-through here once in awhile for breakfast or lunch. It’s close to my office so it’s convenient. Food is fast, hot, and tastes good. Fries always seem to have just been pulled from the fryer. Like everyone else though, prices have gone up.

It’s my first time celebrating 10 years of enjoying McDonald’s! I’ve always been a McDonald’s kid, but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve started to step away from it. The fries are always fresh and hot, and I like to think that you don’t have to deal with the usual checkout counter drama. Instead, you can go to the menu, order from Grandma, and the folks in the back making the food bags keep things running smoothly. Thanks!

We stopped in last night. We ordered 4 items. Two double cheeseburgers, a six piece mc nuggets and a medium fries. As we drove away, my wife opened the bag and found that they did not give use the fries. Since the lobby was closed we had to wait in the drive through a second time. When we got our missing fries, they were cold. No apologies. Nothing. We paid good money for this food. Just glad that we checked our order before getting home. 4 items! How hard is that to get right? I think we will go elsewhere next time!

Had to wait 20 minutes on curbside pickup for a cheeseburger and 1 McFlurry. Another car which pulled up at curbside 10 minutes after us received their order at the same time as us ( 2 big bags ) on the receipt it showed it was finished after only 4 minutes of placing the order. The cheeseburger was almost cold and the McFlurry was not mixed at all. Plain ice cream below the little top layer of toppings.

The staff at this location is nice but it’s reached the point where I can no longer say nothing. There is a 90% chance that SOMETHING will be wrong with your order at this location. For MONTHS the soda machine has been putting out what looks like but is not sprite. I’ve had to have my drink replaced multiple times until I finally just started going to sonic down the block. Today I went through the drive thru and had a simple order. Chocolate milkshake. No whipped cream. OF COURSE the order is wrong and then the lady at the drive thru asked me if I could just scoop it off.
I don’t know if they need more training, or to pay more attention to detail or WHAT the issue is?! But I think I’ll elect to go somewhere else going forward. Please step it up!

11/9/25 Update: It’s been about 2 months since my last update. I ALMOST came back and added another star or 2 because I’ve seen some SLIGHT improvements the FEW times I was resigned to visit this location but I am 100% SOLID in my decision hat I will NEVER be back after today. Going through the drive thru and there was only ONE car in front of me. The lady taking my order? Rude. No eye contact or greeting; nothing. The girl at the window? WORSE? I damn near broke my arm trying to reach my bag because she couldn’t be bothered to properly extend her arm to hand it to me. I ended having to overly extend myself out the car to grab the bag, while holding my balance. AND THE SPRITE IS STILL NOT FIXED.
Let me say, the Lebanon Rd location was where I went first. They had a long line so I came here instead. NEVER AGAIN!

Drive thru attendant was not listening and did not apply my mobile code correctly. Then proceeded to assume it was a screen shot when I presented the app. His lack of attention caused me to wait longer than I should have.

I did an order on Curbside since it was only 2 things and some free fries since it’s Friday!! I thought it was going to be fast, but it passed 25 minutes and I went inside to ask, but the manager told me that the system was not working and i show her what i order and my recipe that I already pay! But she was so rude and told me again that the system was not working, instead of solving the problem she was expecting me to leave without my order! What a great Friday with this bad experience at this location. At the end I got my 2 coffee’s but not the free fries
