Literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to didn’t even get close to what I ordered, they didn’t even tell me they where out of ingredients until I went to get it remade i asked them to fix it and they just gave me my old food back so now it’s cold and one sandwich is still wrong what a joke of a place

This place is the worst. Happy Meals are a special treat for our kids, so on a family road trip we stopped in for a fun treat. First, they got our order wrong. Then, after we already paid and waited in a long line, they told us they’re out of the drinks we ordered. When we asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce they said they were completely out of everything. Everything? Everything. Like not a single ketchup packet in the whole building? “I mean, just these three right here.” Then, as we drove away, we realized they substituted the toys in the happy meals with cookies. Major let down. Total lack of customer service, didn’t get what we paid for, wish we’d saved the time and money and gone somewhere else.

One star today and I’m comparing McDonald’s to McDonald’s. I ordered on the app (might as well get points towards free coffee) and kept an eye on the counter for my order to appear. In the end, I was asked if I had a mobile order and it was pulled from the warmer for me. This guy and other crew were friendly.
So few pluses:
The dining room was clean and clear.
My order was correct though the sandwich was not hot. The cheese was barely melted and the muffins were underdone.
Condiments station was clean.
So many minuses:
Front door was locked at 6:45 am though the side door was open.
Men’s room needed some attention.
Not a single power outlet at any table in the restaurant.
No wifi.
Ketchup dispenser was out.
Coffee did not taste right. Burned? Off?
I don’t expect perfection from McDonald’s but there are a few base things that should be consistent across the chain.

Not a single employee was wearing a Mask.
As soon as the employee opened the drive up window, there was a very bad old oil and spoiled food smell.
One employee was even coughing in the drive thru while filing up a drink for an order.
Our fried chicken sandwich has no sauce, no pickles and it was old, dry and under cooked.
French fries were hard as potatoe chips and had old oil smell.
Quarter pounder was under cook and pink in the center.
What makes McDonald’s a success is their consistency, however there was none to be found in the food at this location.
Very disappointed, be careful and check and taste your order before leaving this location.

I don’t normally rate fast food places, but I have to make an exception here. The employees are friendly for the most part, but that doesn’t excuse serving expired or bad(orange juice) products to your customers. Or, even continually serving the wrong product(sweet vs unsweet tea) and arguing with the customer.

No play place, smelled icky inside, no milkshakes so ordered diet coke, one dispenser out of order, the other pumped out water. Took my cups back to the counter and asked to be filled by the drive thru. Took forever. Took our food to go as it smelled so bad in there. For the money I could’ve gone to a real restaurant, but was mostly looking for a place for the kid to play. VERY disappointed. Broken Bow is exactly that.

The employee running around like absolute gremlins making loud a whole personally two a red head and a dude basically on each other she constantly screaming and fake laughing to seem cute. Her constant squeeing and lack of read the room is annoying drinks all out of order. Nothing in lobby nor behind counter. Please hire adults over the screaming gremlins.

The lady named Brenda told us to “move out of the damn way” after we opened the door for her. She then continued to yell at everyone and stir things up with the rest of the customers. If she’s not fired soon she should be. Everyone in the building was mad and talking about her. Will not be returning until she is no longer there.
