Fast, but not good. First day- didn’t get sauce for the chicken nuggets which was on my order (should’ve been sweet n sour); second day- no onions on my double cheeseburger (just ordered as “double cheeseburger” no changes or additions). I haven’t worked at McDonald’s since 2018 but I still remember how to make a double cheeseburger according to the instructions.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s and that’s saying something. I understand the staff is young but that’s on management to whip them into shape and either teach them to give good service or reprimand them if they aren’t doing as they are told. This building is ran by ignorant children with zero respect. They barely say a word, practically toss the food out of the window, pull you up for next to nothing after handing you half of an order, argue with guests about simple procedures and all the while are playing around instead of doing their jobs. I’m beyond irritated that the one place in my town that I can rely on to have a short line likely just has a short line because everybody knows how horrible the service will be and that the food will be subpar. I think the one line I’ve heard from any of the staff more than any is the “Ok here you go” as the food is being launched into my hand and the girl makes 0 eye contact while running away before I even have a chance to say anything. The manager obviously isn’t going to do anything as she just mopped the floor while the children all ran around bickering and playing around. She WATCHED instead of acting and I’m confused as to why anybody is putting up with it.

I ordered a Cheeseburger Happy Meal. Was staying 20mins away. Started back on the interstate when my kid started eating an realized they didn’t put a burger patty in between the buns. How does that even happen?? I get they’re prolly teenagers but people need to learn to check products before it leaves the building. I did call an they had a lame excuse but did take my name an allow me to get a free meal. Went back the next day an they made it a little difficult to get the meal an also didn’t give me double fries like I asked but I mean it’s McDonald’s so you can’t have you’re expectations high but this location really needs to get it together. Especially when there’s not another location near.

My granddaughter and I went there and sat in the playland area and the tables were so nasty. 1 table had syrup from the morning and we were there at 7pm. We asked to have our table wiped off and the lady walked by all 5 other tables that were as dirty as the one we chose to sit at and she never even touched the other tables to clean them.
