I asked for a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin sandwich ( lightly toasted on bun please) the first one was hard and burnt bun so I stopped and parked my car and took it back and they gladly exchanged it for a fresh soft bun! ( soft fresh bun better)

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too the management is totally disrespectful to customers what happened to making sure your customers are happy? Talking shit to old women is not appropriate! And if they’re out of beef shut down burgers my burger was paper thin and falling apart. I paid for it just put of pitty for the store. God bless that mess!

bad service. Had to wait for about 15 to 20 minutes just to get our order of 1 quarter pounder meal and 1 spicy chicken sandwich. They gave it to us wrong. First they give us our drinks. Then the girl said to pull on the side and then the guy came out twice to ask what our order was. And he finally came out just with the burger and the sandwich. No fries! So we told them that we ordered a meal. And he came out with 1 fries. So we told him we still need the other fries. So he went in and finally got the other. There was a few customers had to wait and got mad because they give them the wrong order. So very very not good service at all.

Waited 18 mins on a dine in… Minimum traffic… Food was cold.. Fries stale
When asked for ketchup the gatekeeper begrudgingly gave us 2..for two value meals..
To top it off they can’t think for themselves… Heard the simplest questions answered with let me ask the mgr..

This franchise is a joke. I was told in the drive thru that only cards were being taken as payment because the cash drawer wouldnt open. So i went inside to place my order…. Stood ALONE for 5 mins at the counter before placing my order. Half the drink selections were out…. They all tasted bitter…
