This location is constantly getting orders wrong. I only gave a two star rating because the managers are always happy to fix it but they shouldn’t have to “fix it” to begin with. We stopped for breakfast and ordered our biscuits and four hash browns and drinks. We received our biscuits, drinks that weren’t all the way full, and three hash browns. And that’s after being asked to pull forward because they were waiting on more hash browns. I wouldn’t be so annoyed about it, but we waited ten minutes for hash browns and watched five cars drive off with their food while doing so. This is a regular occurrence and I’ve brought it to management’s attention many times but nothing seems to be getting done about it.

I went through the drive-thru today at 11:00 am. There was only one car in front of me who got their stuff first then left. As I pulled up to get my food they were confused about what I ordered which wasn’t hard. A 10 piece nugget meal with a Dr. Pepper and a quarter pounder meal with a Sprite. The male working the second window was rude & off putting. I understand it’s McDonald’s but have some pride in yourself when working. Customer service & good hygiene are a must. Speaking as if you are an unkempt thug gangster with an attitude is NOT where it is. Do better.

Came in last night and I used the buy one get one any sandwich coupon on the receipts and the lady at the Exact time of 8:34PM CT was the absolute best Lady she was Kind polite and Knowledgeable Normally I have to try and experience it to them for 10 mins because they think I want to reorder what’s on the receipt but I don’t I just wanna use the coupon on it Usually it’s a mess but this lady knew exactly what she was doing she took the receipt and asked me what I wanted and I told her one time and she got it correct without asking me again she red it off to me one time at the end and she got it completely correct I was very surprised because a few months I had problems out of a VERY RUDE women but this lady is the NICEST lady I have EVER encountered with here.

Get to window and hand her $20.01
Lady hands me $8.10 in change
I said “didn’t you say it was $10.01?”
She said sorry it was $9.01″
I looked at her with a dumbfounded look and decided it wasn’t worth the argument. Can we not do any better? I mean it’s not hard.
Oh and food didn’t taste very good and was barely warm.

Can you say greedy? I’m talking about the price of 7.50!!! Yes this sorry poorly made sandwich was SEVEN DOLLARS and Fifty cents!! It wasn’t even worth a dollar Look at the pictures. They tell the story…tartar sauce missed most of the bread…a “half a slice” of cheese and dry bun to complete your dining experience!! Don’t Support!!!

This is a terrible McDonald’s. It’s worth the drive to Muskogee or eufaula just so you can get food that’s correct and fresh.
I can’t count the amount of times I’ve got cold old items, or ordered something like a crispy chicken sandwich and got a sandwich with the McChicken pattie on it, it’s ridiculous.

Went through the drive through to get my husband a large Dr.Pepper. The lady who took my order was very nice and kind. I pulled up to the next window like she asked me to. Well I waited 10 damn minutes, I also knocked on the window and a girl come up to the window and handed me a drink and I asked her if it was Dr.Pepper and she said yes, I asked where the straw was at she replied oh its in the bag. I asked what bag? She proceeded to give me someone’s order, I said ma’am I didn’t order any food just a drink that’s it. She handed me a straw and I told her I been waiting for 10 dadgum minutes for a Dr.Pepper and y’all ain’t busy! I told her that this will be the last time I come here.
I gave 1 star so you all know what happened and I pray that this never happens with y’all. The only nice worker there was the one who took the orders at the drive through window. They are all snobby to me and my family and I’ve done nothing but show respect cause I know what it’s like to work at a restaurant.
