Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Went through the drive thru at dinner time and was one of many told to park and wait for our food. 15 minutes later, many other cars had come and go. A lady approached us with a clipboard and recited our order to us. It was clear that we had been forgotten about. No apology, no confirmation that it was still coming. Another 10 minutes passed and I decided to go into the store. Nobody at the counter. Finally I HAD TO WALK INTO THE KITCHEN to get their attention. They found my order just sitting open on a counter and tell me its ready. It was all wrong and cold. Will never come back to this store again.

I have autism, I’m not good at saying it in words so I have fianally describe it by myself in my own words to tell this very embarrassing. So since last two weeks ago on August 16th at around more than 8:30 or 8:40ish… this young manager scolded me, and yelled at me in a very cruel way, and very terrible manner right in front of people while they were eating breakfast inside of the in public.. which is very painful.. I was about going to buy myself a large cold caramel macchiato easy ice… but she have treated me very bad, very cruel, very rude and perhaps she was being racist.. I have walked alone all this way by myself and make sure that no car hits me, or crashes me, and took care of myself very carefully with sacrifice… I still don’t have my own vehicle because I was barely saving up.. all because my ex fiancé took advantage of me, scammed me, took away from me, and stole all my savings… that is why I do not have a single dollar right now to save up to buy my own car… Doesn’t she like it when someone talks to her in that way?… scolding her, and yelling at her all at the same time right in publicly in front of people? That’s very painful… and very embarrassing… It’s one of the most worst things that has happened to me in my life… I was going to cry. She has no shame at all… I’m not going to wish bad things on her for what she did or anybody else at all… May God rebuke her and bless her. Bye.

They have no problem making you wait for food then shorting your order. Food was colder than normal. It’s always great explaining to a 2 & 4 year old why they did get there hasbrowns that we had to wait to get cooked.

Talk about chaos. Unfortunately this McDonald’s and many others don’t know how to operate anymore. Unless you’re just grabbing a drink you’ll be parked, and then about 15 minutes later they’ll bring you your food if you’re lucky.

Whoever answers the phone at this McDonald’s before 4pm is rude beyond belief. I have epilepsy and recently had a seizure so I l can’t drive for a bit so I ordered door dash, McDonald’s forgot some of my order so I called to ask about it and she got rude with me saying I needed to go to McDonald’s to get my food, I explained I couldn’t drive and she said in a very snarky way “well you need to figure it out or just order it again.” I had already spent 60+ dollars to get food I’m not buying it again after I already bought it. I’d then have to spend close to 15 dollars or more if I’d ordered another one. If you don’t like your job maybe don’t work in customer service I don’t know what to tell you.

I don’t eat inside McDonald’s very often, however the past few times I have the service was phenomenal. I ate there this morning with my wife and 7 year old daughter for her birthday. The staff came over and gave her a birthday hat and a cookie, telling her how pretty she was and wishing her a happy birthday. Thank you to the very kind staff and management for being so kind!

Manager was awesome. **Should have gotten his name! He was even polite to his staff. Heard him thank them 3 times before we left. Everyone needs him for a manager!

McDonald’s is great I love their food just never have had a good experience at this one and their ice cream machine is always down. I’m not one to rate bad places but I genuinely do not like this McDonald’s don’t waste your time here
