This is my usual Chipotle spot. Everytime I come they are always out of chicken. The service is also very poor. I’m always greeted with attitude. Last time I came, I had to wait for 20 minutes for chicken. The lady that usually serves the protein was on her phone with the same gloves she uses to serve food, that she usually touches with her hands as well. She always has attitude along with the rest of the staff. It never feels welcoming in here.

Prep counters were gross. Lead cashier was super rude after I simply asked for no extra plastic lids that were literally going to get immediately thrown away. Said it was company policy. Spoke in Spanish about me thinking I wouldn’t understand. Then refused to give me water cups. All while the trash is overflowing and all tables dirty. Is having a filthy store company policy too?

Walking into Chipotle, I expected the familiar smell of fresh, sizzling food, but instead I was immediately hit with the harsh, burnt scent of overcooked chicken. When I took my first bite, the texture was dry, tough, and almost bitter from being charred—it was so unappetizing that I couldn’t even finish it. To make things worse, as I dug further into my meal, I discovered a black strand of hair tangled in the food. The sight alone turned my stomach, and I instantly lost any appetite I had left.
What unsettled me even more was looking around and noticing that none of the workers preparing food were wearing hairnets. Watching them move quickly over the open ingredients made me feel uneasy and honestly grossed out, because it was clear there wasn’t enough care being taken to ensure cleanliness or hygiene. Instead of feeling comforted by the idea of a quick, satisfying meal, I left feeling sick, frustrated, and completely disappointed.
I’ve eaten at Chipotle before and know the quality it can have, but this experience was the opposite of what anyone should expect. Between the burnt, inedible chicken, the hair in my food, and the lack of visible sanitary practices, I left appalled and with no desire to return until major improvements are made.

The prep area literally is so gross. They should be wiping it down between every few customers but they’re not. My food is always cold when I leave Chipotle and I live 5 minutes drive. I haven’t been here in years but decided to give it a chance. What a waste of my money and time. I got home after my short drive and the food was super cold. The Carne Asada was tough as a boot. Just gross. I’m not coming back, I learned my lesson. This location should really shut down. It’s embarrassing.

Zero motivation from staff, place was dead at 5:21 pm on 8/21/25. Food in the stand was half empty, and the rice was at least 4 hours old. The Girl helping out was very friendly and helped us answering questions. This place needs coaching/ training
Everyone is just laid back and not caring. The cook was outside vaping for about 17 minutes on WhatsApp FaceTime. It is what it is, just the Chipotle brand here is very low represented.
I may give this place another try in December.

Went on 12/9/25 and this girl that worked at the front was rushing when no one was behind me, wasn’t listening or paying any attention to me. She ended up putting beans in my bowl and i said .. “No thats not what i wanted” we needed to start over and i told her she needs to slow down cause clearly she wasn’t listening. More focused on rushing me when i needed to look at the options. She didn’t inform me about double meat being 6$ extra i wouldn’t have gotten it. I didn’t even get sauce cause she packaged my lettuce and then closed it immediately without me being able to get more on it. Then come to paying, the girl said 20$ just a bowl no drink no chips no nothing, i told her 20$!? Remind you i’m a broke college student thinking it was 10$ less. She told me cause of the meat and i felt bad if i asked them to take it off. The whole interaction with the rude girl taking my order probably didn’t understand me to begin with cause she was rushing the whole time just so unprofessional and should be reevaluated.
The food wasn’t even worth it ended up feeling sick after truly disappointed, especially for a busy location like this.

Your rice is VERY undercooked. I have ordered through uber eats FIVE times now and I’ve gotten CRUNCHY rice.
My fellow rice lovers can see in my photos that the rice is under cooked (you cant tell visually unless you zoom in hard on 1 grain.)
The little fractures in the rice grain is enough to show it’s crunchy.
I tried calling to inform your staff but you have the weirdest call system ever. You make it impossible to get through to someone.
Please fix this and I will happily change my review back to my nice one.

The food taste is good but the service is bad. The quantity of served rice and guacamole is always less than other locations. Also they are always out of spoon and napkins. The store is not well maintained.
This location had gone from bad to worst, I was there for a veggie bowl and they ran out of all ingredients only rice, corn and cheese is what was left at 7 PM. I will be skipping chipotle in future for sure. I had a guacamole free reciept that expires today but they ran out of it so no use of rewards if you visit such unprofessional locations.This location should be closed or managed better otherwise it’s ruining chipotle brand name for sure. #chipotlemanagement should take a serious note.

Today 10/16/25 I walked in at 9:15 PM and they already had the tables up as if there were closed. Additionally they were out of half of the items and when I requested if they had anymore the women behind the counter gave me a look of disgust and replied “this is it” when there was a counter of fresh meat requested behind her. Furthermore I respected her answer and choose a different meat. I was then given half a spoon of meat when I was given 3 spoons of rice and when I asked for more I was charged double when the person infront of me got two DIFFERENT meats and wasn’t charged. Overall, disappointed on how the employee handled my order. As this happened on serval other items of choice.
