Went thru drive thru staff was very friendly until we went inside to collect an item they didn’t put in the bag. After we requested the hashbrown the Manager became agitated towards the staff for leaving out hashbrown. When we opened up the mcgridle the sausage and the cheese was both dry and seemed as it had been sitting under lights. The bread itself tasted like garlic. The apple pies were dry and the filling was all over the inside of the box and had very little in the inside of the pie.

McDonald’s down town needs to hire a new drive thru person. Also new cooks. I came through here the other day asked for a burger plain and they had everything on it and the pattys were burnt. They also put coffee in our sweet tea and the girl is very very rude! They don’t know how to make our food right! Very impatient workers!

The mcdouble cheeseburgers and Big Macs are good along with having the best fries. The chicken nuggets are almost always good with some tangy BBQ sauce to dip them in. I also really like dipping my fries in the Big Mac sauce. I really like the sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and the coffee is the best. Other than the occasional hard bun or cold burger patty they aren’t bad.

Classic McDonalds food, but the service was pretty bad. We ordered three drinks and a cheeseburger. We waited on the drinks for 4-5 minutes, and the cheeseburger for several more minutes. Staff were there and no shortage of them, but most were talking to one another and not really doing much. One complained from the back that they weren’t feeling well, who was also the one who finally delivered our cheeseburger. This is the first McDonalds I have ever been to that I have waited more than 10 minutes for a meal.
Bathrooms are fine, woman’s has two stalls and two sinks. Hand blower is very loud, and I do wish they’d have paper towels instead. Lots of places to sit.

Absolutely the slowest, most chaotic McDonalds I’ve been to. Waited 30 minutes for cold food, they forgot some of the order and I had to go back. One employee (woman) said sorry the are behind and walked past me with cigarettes in her hand. That was her second cigarette walk since I placed my order. Next time I will drive by and stay hungry.

Hateful through drive through speaker. Didnt say to pull up to 2nd window so I stopped at 1st window and they were hateful about it. Then got home and opened my bag just for my food to not only just be thrown in the bag sloppy and careless but also incorrect.
