I ordered a Double Filet-O-Fish with fries and a McSundae. Since I placed my order through the mobile app, they also gave me a cookie, which was a nice surprise. The dining area was clean, the service was fast, and the staff were friendly. The interior has a modern design that feels fresh. Overall, a good experience.

Corporate supply management promotion scam !!!
I made an online order once in my life to play just a Monopoly sticker game, and got scammed by McDonald’s Monopoly (lol) on stickers! Didn’t receive 2 of 3 stickers, and had to ask twice to get my stickers representing the screenshot showing stickers as evidence. On what 1st worker told me: “we ran out of it”, so I’ve had to empty an extra (from poisonous formaldehyde french fries) box with a sticker, then asked 2nd worker to get 3rd stiker, as was advertised on my online digital receipt, on cup with frosen coffe drink, on what 2nd worker with attitude indicated on different large cold drink, and said it applies to large cup. After that, I didn’t continue terrorizing workers, recognizing it’s not their fault, but corporate management, who just started promotion and didn’t supply stores with proper inventory.

As a truck driver options are normally very limited. I have stopped here many times and the service is constantly going above and beyond. The food is always fresh. The employees are always friendly. This time they even included a free small cookie, giving an exemplary service that other locations should take notes from. I will be back and look forward to seeing you guys next time.

This place is miserable. There is not one to take your order. Had to use the Kiosk which take longer that just asking for a drink at the cashier. Then a guy appears from the back with my empty glass. OK I am use to filling my own drinks at fat food. Both Ice dispensers are empty and there is no one at the counter to help. A random employee walks out and I tell him the ice machine is empty an he just shrugs and goes wo wipe off tables. I hat to wait until the next persons order came out and catch someone. That person just grumbled and got me some ice.
And my large iced tea was almost a dollar more than at the McDonalds in Jenks.

All the doors clearly state the lobby opens at 4:30 AM. I showed up after placing a mobile order, and everything was locked. If the lobby isn’t open at 4:30, don’t post it on every door and take app orders like it is.
They also don’t honor the nationally advertised deals at this location. That’s corporate greed — advertising deals to get people in the door and then not offering them.
Food was good and priced normally, thankfully. But fix the posted hours and honor the national promotions.

The spicy chicken wrap I finally got was actually very good. Just a warning do not use the kiosk order machines. After I placed my order I watched 5 drive thru orders go through and 4 inside orders placed at register go through. I finally asked and they said ohhh I guess because I clicked on pay at register it didn’t generate a order!!

Absolutely the worst ran McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, service so slow you could cook it yourself over a camp fire after you hunted the ingredients in nature. Then the screaming manager Kami was such a delight after having waited for a drive through order for over 25 minutes. And this isn’t the first horrible experience I’ve had with this location. It literally does not matter what you order or what time of day, you’re guaranteed a min of 10 minute wait.

Red Head that takes orders needs hearing aids. Also rude when receiving payment. Employees definitely need lessons on polite interaction. Food same as any McDonalds. Would definitely reccomend a different fast food place for people passing through.

Service was a little slow but when we got our food it was good.
Updated May 27th, 2022: it was busy but we were waited on at the counter fairly quick. The food was fresh and excellent! The coffee was also fresh and very good.
The only complaint my husband had was the men’s restroom was disgusting in his words. Based on the cleanliness of the women’s restroom and the rest of the restaurant, I think it was because they were busy. There was a large group of men who came in so I figure the person in charge of cleaning hadn’t had a chance to clean it.
Overall, I give it 5 stars

No counter service. 2 people waiting. When I asked if anyone was running the register, lady said I am, you are going to have to wait. 5 minutes in line I decided to get food at the Loves Stop side.
