For this specific McDonald’s, you can almost always count on the order being incomplete.you can ALWAYS count on your fries being cold and soggy. Used to take the kids 3-5 times a week because it was easy with ball schedules. After reading about McDonald’s in Minnesota refusing to serve law enforcement, we won’t be back to this one or any of them until they resolve the issue.

I am convinced that this is the best McDonald’s out there. I have been here a handful of times and my fries are fresh out of the fryer and absolutely perfect. I did a curbside pickup and the person who brought me my food was very kind and professional. From what I have seen, this McDonald’s is very well run and makes sure the food is fresh and hot and served quickly.

My husband and I went through the drive thru at lunch. Our order was completely wrong and thrown together. When he went into the restaurant to get it fixed the staff was talking crap about us. Then handed over a thrown together correct order. We dont live in this community, we were just passing through.

Never in my life did I ever think I would give a McDonald’s a 5 star review, but here I am.
I pulled in the drive thru a few minutes before lunch started thought it was a little later, anyway seen the breakfast menu and asked, it was still breakfast. I just said nevermind and started to drive off because I didn’t want to sit and wait for a few minutes, I would have passed another McDonald’s shortly on my trip anyway. The drive thru girl said “it’s close enough, what do you want” so I ordered.
I live in Tulsa and there isn’t a single McDonalds that would do that, I’ve actually been stopped mid breakfast order before and told it was now lunch, but not here. I know it’s a simple gesture but for McDonald’s in my experience, this is above and beyond expected.
On to the food, it came out extremely quick, the fries were awesome, salted just right and hot. The burgers were actually seasoned and the toppings weren’t half slid off and stuck to the wrapper as expected. Friendly staff, If anything I would say this is the experience that the McDonald’s corporate office would love to see at all the stores.
Anyway, great job from the team and I have to give kudos to the management and store owner. Above and beyond on this one.

I stop here daily and feed 5-10 employees, decided to feed the grandkids there today. Used the app to buy a sandwich get one for a dollar. Only got one sandwich, walked back in at 10:35 and was told it lunch now. That is the last time I or my guys eat there, we will wait until we get to Cushing or Stillwater.

Every time I go in, it’s clean, the workers are friendly and funny, and the food is pretty good for fast food. Even when I go through the drive-through I get everything I need and my order is always correct.
The workers at the window are also very helpful, even when I ask to make a coffee item a little different, they accommodate. So overall, the service is really good!
