Food is not bad but the way they prepare it is. When I order a burger with only ketchup that DOESN’T mean I want a ketchup sandwich with a little meat! USE SOME COMMON SENSE! it’s not the first time it’s happened. Most of the time they’re kiosks don’t give you a receipt. They have one kiosk that they put new card readers in and it never reads my card. The employees while they’re not rude they just don’t seem to be overly friendly.

Extremely slow drive thru. Asked me to pull forward to drive thru slot 2. After waiting 20 minutes, and 1 girl coming out twice to deliver to multiple other cars, I decided to go in. There were 6 bags on a tray waiting to go out. I looked for my order, but it wasn’t there. When a lady asked if she could help me, I asked if these were orders for the drive thru and she asked for my spot number. When I told her 2, another girl replies that number is the order they can’t find a ticket for. She asks for my receipt, so I went back out to the car to get it. After handing over my receipt, I tell them that next time they lose an order, maybe they should check with the car for the receipt, instead of having them wait 20 minutes. To which a guy responds, and you didn’t think to come in? I did come in, that’s why I’m standing right here? Another guy fills my order and tells me that I’m more than welcome to put my name in their book for a free meal on my next visit, as I was running out the door because I was now going to be rushing to child #2’s activity 20 minutes away, after allowing plenty of time.

We went through the drive through and were asked to park. That’s not driving through, that’s parking. Take down advertisements for ice-cream if your machine isn’t working.
I had to walk back in once for straws, then again for napkins. The person who brought my food was in such a hurry to fling it at me that she almost dropped it. I haven’t been here to eat in a year and now I remembered why.

I’m pretty underwhelmed right now. I asked for a double hamburger with extra everything. I’ll include a picture so you can judge.
I also asked for a shake with no whipped cream and I got whipped cream.
I live one mile from the store and by the time I got home it was so cold that I think this was leftover from the dinner rush.

I had a mobile order at this location, and went through the drive thru. Before leaving I checked my bag and saw that I was missing a small fry. No big deal I pulled around and went into the lobby. I notified the lady at the front what I was missing. She asked for a receipt rather rudely. No problem. She walks off as I pull it up on my phone. She comes back with a receipt and shows it to me. I say “Yes, I’m just missing the small fry” she insists that she put it in the bag. I told her she in fact did not because I had pulled everything out of the bag to be sure before going in. She angrily went and got me a new fry and shoved it into my hand. I understand it can be frustrating people trying to get things for free, but why would I be trying to scam you out of a small fry? I felt as though she was extremely unprofessional, and I will choose to go to a different location farther away in the future to avoid the poor attitude the lady displayed.
