Kids play area usually has flies everywhere. It’s so bad family’s usually eat inside the main area or leave to eat. It appears they may be understaffed & the workers have hard time keeping up with check out, cleaning up tables, & running orders to tables. The tables in playroom and main lobby have sauce, food, & trash on the floors. I’ve been coming here for over year & it’s pretty much the norm here. It’s weird that the workers are running around & yet the manager is sitting at a table in the lobby all the time. Not just one but I’ve seen 3 different ones managers sitting there while everything else is distressed. It’s so sad really. Tonight I used my sanitizer to wipe the table down so bc there were none cleaned. Just my opinion but they need more staff & management needs to be helping out; especially in the busy times. My kids love to play here with “friends” but it seems to just be getting worse with the service. For my 6 & 7 yo children to know we can’t eat in playroom bc of flies & trashed tables/floors- it must be pretty bad.

Both drive thru’s were out to Walmart Rd. Could not get into Mickey D’s then when we went inside and ordered it was. $12.14 cents I gave the young man about 23 0r maybe younger. He rang in looked at me like her was lost had to call manager over ask what to do. I told him. Give me back $8.00 & 1 penny . It’s a shame now days that companies don’t train their employees to count back change. They rely on the machine to tell them. And this is not the First time. Shane on You. Mc Donald’s.
None in the kitchen had gloves on that we could see. Not even last doing the Dash Orders. No one at window fills, hot bars , the line pick up, or the baggers, I am very conscious about where I get my found and how it is handled. So Another bad Point for you McDonlds.

I wish the app had more modification options, but none the less. When I placed an order on the app and arrived at the drive thru, I needed to make a change that the app doesn’t offer. Chakobee (i hope I spelled that right) went out of her way to go to the cooks and make sure my order was made correctly. I know it’s a small gesture but most employees would have just said it was taken care of and moved on, though it may have never been mentioned. She’s a star and I hope everyone appreciates her immaculate customer service.

We went through the drive through to place an order. The girl that took our order was fine until we asked for fresh fries and extra crispy nuggets. We decided to check our order bc this hasn’t been the first time for this to happen. They are definitely not made that way on any of it. We asked the girl at the drive through, while the manager was standing there and a few other employees standing there looking at us and told us they were. They were soggy and tasted like they were there for a while. Ridiculous.

I’m a frequent breakfast purchaser. The last 3 times have been terrible — you guys are slacking, hard. Wrong orders, making customers pull up to beat your silly timer.
Guy this morning taking my order didn’t know what the spicy pepper sauce was.
Original order: 2 sausage biscuits add cheese and spicy pepper sauce, 1 bacon McGriddle no egg
What we got: 1 PLAIN sausage biscuit, 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit, McGriddle had egg.
Can’t use the app either because that also gets the order messed up. Ridiculous.

For the past couple years I’ve ordered an egg/cheese biscuit and substituted the biscuit for McGriddles because there’s no egg or egg/cheese McGriddle option for those that don’t like the sausage or bacon. This year in May, this McDonalds stopped allowing that and is over charging for McGriddles. I contacted corporate and was told that the pricing and policies were different McDonald’s to McDonald’s. Chickasha McDonalds allows the substitution with no problems.
Please make an option that’s costly accurate for this and not overpriced.
