Three days I had to return the oatmeal and leave without eating because it was too wall when I told the manager that it was runny and not proper . He argued and had a horrible attitude . They do not know how to make oatmeal proper . I know because the one in Ardmore makes it properly. Using too much water and milk or something wrong. Runny every time . And they don’t fix it.

Did your ingredients hop on the ozempic wagon, too?? Please do better. Y’all raise your prices and then serve products like this… My “large” fries were not even half full. The chicken nuggets are also noticeably thinner or maybe just old and flattened? Either way, not a great experience. For being one of the ONLY fast food places to eat in Marietta, I’d expect better.

This was a very terrible McDonald’s experience. The cashier was the only nice person. Management was just ignoring customers. Dirty tables. Just to busy to handle the amount of people. Long wait time and give out the wrong orders.

Normally they are great, they are quick, efficient and precise but today……i ordered 20 mc chicken sandwiches, i normally order a mixture of 24 burgers and mcchickens and they do great but today, the mayo was ridiculous, there was way to much and it was everywhere, it ruin ruined the sandwiches and wasted my money, if i wanted a mess I could have just asked my kids for free. Anyways that’s my rant.

Every time I go to the drive thru, the customer service I receive is great! Some of the young staff have been taught well by their parents (or management) and it shows.
