They have no customer service when I calmly asked for a sauce I got met with hostility at the counter. Their employees was constantly staring at me and my husband while we ate. Don’t recommend to stop here

Alex, Katie my other girls the guys they are all wonderful people. Their Kind, Polite, Funny, helpful and the service is great The place is kept very clean even the bathrooms. I know the lady that keeps it all clean and she does a great job and she’s as sweet as she can be. The atmosphere is relaxing I love going here. I wouldn’t go to anywhere else.

Nasty!!! I don’t even eat McDonalds just hungry stopped just for an apple pie, they gave me a OLD AND BURNT pie. Inside of the pie literally burnt to the bottom of it and pie crust burnt black! They don’t care about the customers just say you don’t have any! Gross

I came by here to get a spicy chicken with the points that I have collected on the app upon getting to the speaker at 11:30 p.m. I noticed that it would not let me order a chicken because it said they were doing breakfast so I ordered a breakfast burrito with my points after removing the points off of my account they told me that they could not make the burrito because they were not on breakfast but had no solution to the fact that I lost my points other than me calling the company that is in charge of the app so basically because they don’t know how to distinguish between lunch and breakfast and the manager is incapable of ringing up a free spicy McChicken to replace for my points they’re expecting me to go through all this above and beyond for a dollar sandwich This is seriously making me question whether or not I wanted to just delete the app and stop coming to McDonald’s entirely

Great service and extremely fresh food. My fries were piping hot. I also forgot to order my burger without onions, and they made me a new one right away(and for free), like as soon as I sat down it was ready. Very polite staff and great food I will be returning to this McDonald’s!

They have short changed me on my purchase multiple times. They lack courtesy and are short with customers. They regularly ignore one of the lanes. I could hear them chatting in the background and asked if they could hear me, they just kept talking then got on the mic and said go ahead. After I’d watched cars in the other lane go by, no apology, then they leave out items from my order. This is the only place where I do the Karen thing and sit there and check my bag. The only good thing about this place is their fries are on point. They also offered me a free replacement for my forgotten items. I just wish they’d be a little more professional. I never have these issues with other places, I get that working fast food doesn’t get you 5 star service but atleast don’t be rude.

I ordered sweet and sour for two happy and 1 regular meal, I told the manger that I didn’t get any sweet and sour for the regular she said it in the bag and it wasn’t! She lied or maybe she should learn to listen better!
