The afternoon we went was a Wednesday and an unexpected rush happened. There was one waitress and one cook and the manager. They did an amazing job!!! Our food took a few but we were aware of the situation. The food server did amazing and my little boy really liked her! Great job guys!!!

Everything about this location is a dissappointment! This is the second time we’ve attempted to eat here and can’t even get seated! Wait was 10-15 minutes. We waited 35 minutes for no one to acknowledge us or the other 3 groups waiting. Needless to say we didn’t get to eat, all of us left when the Hostess had no clue what to tell us! GET IT TOGETHER!!!! Too small of town to not have good Customer Service!!!!

I have been here several times over the years when I have visited Plymouth, and other than slow service, this does seem like an overall good place to eat. The food is pretty good though I do miss the Cinnamon Supreme Hotcakes! I have been to other Bob Evans restaurants for first dates so even though those weren’t successful (still single) I do think this is comparable to other Bob Evans even though the service is a bit slow.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We called to make a reservation since there were 16 in our party. We were told they could not accommodate us because all the wait staff was new and we had too large of a group. Your lost a huge sale! We took our business to a nearby restaurant who was happy to accommodate our group

Took the kids to Bob Evans in Plymouth indiana today because we had no power and it was absolutely horrible! My sausage links were burnt halfway through the link. My sausage patties were cooked with the paper on. My scrambled eggs were not done. Our drinks never got refilled the entire time we were there.

If you want service don’t go here, we were seated per usual. Got our order and drinks put in and was left without a single employee to check on us for 45 minutes. My fathers drink was watered down and 5 different waitresses walked past us, and ignored us as we asked for service. Finally when we got our food, we still didn’t meet our waitress. Definitely the worst service I’ve ever had and will not be back.

Lousy service, waiting 15-20 minutes for refills, no waitress in sight most of 1 hr, 20 minutes we were there. Even for up to look for a waitress, not one in sight. Attitude of cashiers were terrible. More interested in chit chat than helping customers. Why are they even there? Was a Bob Evans customer for years but after this I won’t be back.
