Food is good. Staff is great. Price is okay. Homeless everywhere. Panhandling in the drive through while you’re trying to make an order. Sleeping at the door. They need to bring back the security guard.

I had the crispy chicken sandwich combo meal, my friend had the 2McDouble cheeseburgers combo.
It cost $20.80 for 2 meals!

It was nice but I think I had an undercooked chicken nugget with my 5 dollar meal deal. Also the meat just kind of tasted.. off… feels like here: the rumors of the meat being made of kids is true. The music is nice though to be fair, though kind of mediocre kind of music. Made me feel a little sick, I hope I don’t have a stomach bug.

Very Rude and lied about not being able to take any mobile codes at the moment but still took my points from my rewards, refused to serve me or take my order after she STOLE MY REWARDS from me! This isn’t the first time, I see exactly what game she is playing. The drive-thru Hispanic bad speaking English but knows what scheme they are doing and it’s not fair telling me she didn’t put my code in but in my app it clearly stated that I couldn’t use anymore, she took my last reward and then lied about it and told me to go to another one. I did and those young boys just put in promo and didn’t charge me at ALL. God bless those young men. 1004 W Sheridan needs management that’s honest and knows customer service than schemes!

I called because their app glitched out, I ordered my food in Rockledge Florida and it went through to Oklahoma for some reason. When I called hoping to have the order cancelled the employee on the phone spoke very rudely at me and before I could ask to have the order cancelled she hung up on me.

I rarely go to McDonald’s but I stopped in tonight before heading home, not only was it the cleanest one I’ve seen but the food was perfect. The workers were all working and not playing on their phones,lobby was attended and the lady that took my order had a great attitude.

Always drama. Gossip behind the counter especially about a particular person. Workers barley understand English. I received cold hard cookies, my iced coffee taste like they didn’t clean the maker good. Also tasted like soap or sanitizer, restrooms always filthy. I’m beginning to think McDonald’s franchise hire just anybody and don’t care.
