This is one of the poorest managed mcdonalds I have seen.
i ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal with a Medium Iced Caramel Machiatto $6.90, Hotcakes & Sausage $4.29 with an extra hash brown $2.39. Received everything but the Sausage Egg McMuffin and when you try to call the phone just rings. Even after multiple consecutive calls to fix their mistake. Poor customer service and inability to read a screen and make sure customers have all their food. RIDICULOUS!!!
So after we ate our meal I went up and asked for a small bag for the remainder of our meal to take home. The digital manager grabbed a small bag and started speaking Spanish to the employees in the back. Turning her back toward me. I waited as the employees all stopped and looked my way but non approached to help. The digital manager then finally gave me the bag and as I said to her the food was great thanks she ignored me and left quickly. Horrible management for sure.
Was happy with the food as it was great. But the interaction with the manager based off a simple miss understanding was horrible. If that is who or what McDonald’s wants to represent they will no longer getting my business. She went above and beyond to be rude. So yeah long story short if they want to treat the customers like that then no need to keep supporting them.
