I’ve never had any problems with the food or customer service. I always order through the app and go through the drive through and service has always been good. I love their on line specials and free food. My husband is very ill and being a retired cop McDonalds was a favorite so I am glad to have them only a mile from our house. I say give them a chance. You might be pleasantly surprised. I’ve never dined in so I can’t comment on that aspect.

Lets be honest, if you go to McDonalds and expect 5 star service you’re delusional. Some reviews complain about showing up and it not being open for their 3am chicken nuggets, but it isn’t 24/7. It doesn’t say it is on the current signs, Google, or the app, so either they changed it or looking it up besides to leave a bad review is difficult.
The food was average McDonalds quality, the service could be a bit better but my food was hot and good when I got it. The overall speed of my visits here have been good, not great compared to the one on 104th and May for example, but decent.
I’ve picked up a large mobile order 30 mins before they close, and a burger once mid day. Again, a little slower than an established McDonalds but nothing to complain about.
I eat McDonalds maybe 5 times a year and I already went to this location twice. It’ll be a few months before I go back and hopefully I can change service to 5 stars
If you’re hungry just go here. It was fine, and let’s be honest, every McDonalds in the city and surrounding areas has 3 stars. 2 for a new site doesn’t surprise me

Went thru the drive thru, was waiting for fries they said, when I got the fries they were ice cold. So it I was waiting on fries they should have been hot and fresh, except they were soggy and cold. Also wondering why no phone number is on there site.

Very rude. Can’t serve drinks!? He wanted me to take a water with my meal. I’m not paying for that. Now they’re advertising a shake they don’t actually have and the incompetent workers don’t even know what I mean. What a massive fail.
