I get tired of the laziness especially when it comes to any dessert it doesn’t matter if it’s ice cream or tonight two times it was pies there excuse the second time that was a few hours in betweeen they rambled something about end of a shift and cleaning something. But I’ve heard all theses excuses before and it takes them 6 min to cook some more so no I don’t want the two two hour old pies you offered they are not even the right kind. I want whoever’s responsibility that is to keep the two kinds of pies they offer cooked and quit with all the excuses. Just my opinion, happen to know a lot of people agree here in Purcell Oklahoma .

Had a few minor issues on a Sunday breakfast visit to this McDonalds. More annoying than anything but the hashbrown was quite cold, was asked at the kiosk to take a numbered tent for eat in while there was, apparently, no table service (my number called from the counter to come pick up my food in a take out bag), coffee missing from order and a clerk who, based on her attitude, really didn’t want to be there. As I was sitting eating the person working the dining area had to call to the counter staff multiple times to tell them a customer was waiting. Again, minor issues but next time I’m in the area and looking for breakfast I’ll likely just head across the street and eat at the Braums.

Be prepared to be asked to pull up and wait for your food. It wasn’t busy and the 2 cars in front of us, our car, and the car behind us were all asked to pull forward to wait for our food. Gotta make those drive thru wait metrics

I ordered through the app would not give me the option to pick up outside made me put in a table number tried to go through the drive-through and the lady just kept telling me that I had to have an order number and nowhere on my order. is there an order number and then she told me have a nice day. We’ll never come back to this wall McDonald’s ever again.

I want to give credit to the breakfast crew. They try very hard to promptly serve customers. Fast food imo is an underpaid, under appreciated endeavor. Is the food always correct? No, but they will promptly correct it without issue. Im probably a 3 times a week at least customer. I wish to thank the breakfast crew for the job they do. I have been going there for 13 years. They put other fast foods in purcell to shame. Thank you

I ordered online from the parking lot, in less time than it took me to wash my hands, my order was ready and correct. It was a refreshing change from the normal 5-10 minute wait at other locations!
