Was waiting for my order more than 20 minutes. And what do I get? Greasy double QPC, almost half portion of fries, no sauce that was ordered. I had remind several times to give me L latte and L Frappe so I got almost milk latte with water (almost no coffee in it) and small Frappe despite I paid for Large. Will never come here again

The service was fast but the milk I got tasted funny. The date said it was good. I do not drink soda.. They did get my special order out fast. I do not like cheese on my fish sandwich. Sometimes they take the cheese off. Was not sure the store was open, blinds were down. McDonalds sign was not lite.

Deja ,William ,Ernesto and Juan are the dream team!! Things run so smooth when they’re there! They all go above and beyond for customers have outstanding customer service and overall do a great job! I never brag on McDonald’s but these particular employees do a great job and should be rewarded for their hard work and dedication!!

Just drove through and you have me cold fries and chicken that has been sitting. Y’all are suppose to drop those straps fresh. And please don’t say it was a mistake. It was the crew being lazy. Having worked as a manager at Wendy’s, I know how my meal is suppose to taste. But what does it matter because y’all will still do a horrible job. Hopefully this will send your point down though

My husband and I had to drop my pet pig off at OSU for vet care. On our way back to Enid, we stopped at McDonald’s to grab breakfast. We don’t eat fast food often since our kids are grown, but today we did. WOW! WOW! Before we went inside, we sat at a table outside for a few minutes. We were greeted with a huge smile and a good morning, how are you? We went inside and used the bathroom. Holy smokes! Soooo clean! The entire facility was immaculate! Updated to modern, fun colors and feel good environment. THEN, while ordering our food, we were greeted with a smile, very patient with me employee! While I was standing there, every single person working (drive thru and kitchen) looked happy to be there. It’s very rare to see any of this anymore. We then got our food, and it was quick, HOT & tasted fantastic! We did tell the staff on our way out how pleasing this experience was for us & we hoped they continued with fantastic customer relations. So, if you are passing through or by Perry, OK, make it a point to stop in for a great experience! Keep up the outstanding work! Thank you!

I was sitting here waiting for my coffees through a mobile pickup, while I watched a man that drives a silver f150 go outside to his truck multiple times and come in and touch all the food with no gloves on. Then he spilt all the breakfast items and grabbed them with his bare hands.
There is zero hygiene use here. Employees need to learn how to wash their hands and place gloves on correctly. This location needs to be inspected throughly!!!! Will never order food here after seeing that.

This location is the worst McDonald’s we have ever been to, and that says a lot. The Quarter Pounder & Big Mac were not even warm, and there was something weird and spongy happening with the bottom bun (maybe cause by a microwave?). I don’t remember a time where the burgers were so bad we didn’t even eat them, until this place. We ordered on the app and waited over 25 minutes for the food. Since it was awful, we went inside, but that was not helpful so we eventually left and tossed the burgers in the trash.
The staff were untrained and had no clue what they were doing (poor souls). There was an older female that should be banned from the site blocking the path for employees to move where they needed to go, and she kept repeating, “I used to work here, I’m saying ‘hi’ to everyone”.
If this is corporately owned, it should be shut down. If it’s a franchise store, the owner should be required to be on site from 6am-7pm Friday – Sunday until managers can be trained in, or have the franchise rights removed. It’s really sad.
On a positive note, the ice cream machine worked and the one edible thing we purchased for my husband was an oreo mcflurry.
The staff were really doing their best, running around like headless chickens, but they just didn’t even come close to having a handle on operating this site that was probably about 30% busy, not a full lunch rush. My review are honest, and rarely this negative. If you are traveling and hungry, save yourself the disappointment and consider stopping elsewhere, because it’s really that bad.

My husband and I went into this McDonalds around 8 pm on a Sunday night. The gentleman behind the register did not even greet us, he had a stringy beard and had a ‘I don’t care look’ on his face. We told him how we like our food and was polite about it, he could have cared less. Bad service right off the bat. I felt sorry for another guy that was there, he was mute, but he worked so hard and was the only hard worker there. He helped us a couple times, even despite his situation you could see in his eyes he cared for others. But, overall the other guys there were not quick and seemed to really not want to be there to help the customers. If they do not want to help the customers they need to find another job. We will NEVER go back to this McDonalds ever again.

I go inside…wasn’t even greeted, by anyone. Normally I would’ve left but was the only place in the middle of nowhere. I placed order in the app..swung through the drive thru and was given Luke warm soggy fries, most of the ones that weren’t soggy were burnt….overall TRASH
