McDonald’s tastes like McDonald’s, so you really can’t mess it up, but….the food from this specific McDonald’s is always hot, which if it’s not, It can mess up a meal when it tastes like it’s been sitting too long. So they do a great job keeping it fresh. I originally wanted to do this review because I was having a really horrible day yesterday and was trying to hide my red crying face but the young woman behind the drive thru window noticed and asked if I was ok. I honestly didn’t think anyone would notice and I was embarrassed that she did but the fact that she said in a sincere caring voice… “Don’t be sad, you are beautiful!” She made my night and the affirmation got me a little through my pain that night. If I wasn’t busy hiding my face I could have caught her name. But it was around maybe 7ish Tuesday evening. She deserves a badge or certificate from McDonald’s for Empathy. I think it would be great for McDonald’s to have awards of recognition for their employees.

If I could give negative stars for the service I about cussed someone out for how rude they were. They forgot to give me my receipt after I ordered my food, started eating the fries on the way to work and they were barely warm. Then once I got to work I realized they left out a whole cheeseburger. I called and explained to Victor that I didn’t get a receipt and he took my name down and said I could come back for a replacement. Well today (the next day) I came back and they said they wouldn’t replace my order without the receipt. I wish I would have got that guys name at the drive through, and best believe I will be calling corporate. I’ve worked fast food, that was completely unprofessional.

My fries were hot but not cooked to the crispy effect mcdonlds fries have,maybe not enough time to drain the grease off they tasted a bit greasy,my fish sandwich was a bit dry. My mocha frappe’ was perfect, I’m giving morjority of stars for my drink, it’s was spot on.

Very incompetent employees. Took 15 minutes to order a McMuffin. They didn’t even know what a McMuffin was at first. Jose could not figure out how to enter my app code for the deal i was trying to use. Terrible experience. I recommend avoiding this location.

Terrible McDonald’s.
The fries are brown and taste and smell horribly. Luckily I only got a half an order of these gross things.l things this time. I have tried to voice my concerns twice but I just get a nod and a smile. I will now be actively avoiding this McDonald, even though it is literally minutes from my house because I refuse to give my hard earned money to a McDonald’s that refuses to listen to the customers.
